I've had animals that would wake me up, a weird coyote looking dog whose breed I never found out would jump onto my bed and jump back off while I was napping, and a cat would randomly crawl into bed with me in the middle of the night (and my door was broken so it wouldn't latch closed).

I had a dog that snored like Oliver, It really helped me to relax and go to sleep at night. My current female Rat terrier doesn't snore, but has her own rituals to wake ME up in the morning so her needs are met. Oliver is cool.

i love how similar and different beagles are. plus, they kinda have their own culture; almost like a secret society. mine does the same shake and stretch every morning. favorite part of my day seeing that innocent little cutie come back online to a world she learns more about every day :)

I have a three year old jack Russell. We've moved to Spain recently from Ireland. He runs and drives onto the bed each morning and licks the face off me. All I can do is go into hysterics laughing. Great way to wake up each morning. Your beagle is beautiful.

My pittie mix Ruby Darling is like that. She only gets excited when we're on the actual walk. Other than that, she'd rather walk around the house and be nosy. In the kitchen making food? She'll walk in see how you're doing, even put her paws on the counter and just watch you cook. Won't beg, just watches. On the sofa watching TV or on your phone? She'll look at your phone, the tv, or you all curious, as if asking "whatcha watchin'?" And "what's on your phone?" In a conversation? She sit down and listen in, perking up a bit when she is mentioned. In the shower? She's on the bed, waiting. Sleeping, or just laying around? She'll join in, snoozing and vibing, chewing on her toys. When gets all her crazy put at the park, but she's chill at home. Unless you bring out treats, ice cubes for some reason, a toys that squeak. She she starts up a bit. I love my girl. Oh God, I rambled about her again. Sorry, she's my first dog after my childhood pet died, and I'm the only person she would sleep with as a pup, so she's special to me.

Lucky dog who has an owner who loves him so much. Every dog deserves love. Some sleep in the dirt, chained to stuff and never feel the touch of a hand. I treat my dog very well too- I spoil him every day. As an aside, everyone should read The Forever Dog and follow Dr. Beckers homemade recipes (free.) I learned a lot from this book.
