I've owned Japanese mini trucks, 4wd 550cc and I'm not kidding g when I say that they are all many people need. I built 3 houses in hilly terrain with a low km Subaru sambar. This truck doesn't have the same road worthy features as a dedicated Japanese key truck but its got a place on farms. The AC addition is a nice add on. The real road going evs need to adopt high quality and lighter design I feel with incorporated pv panels low inertia wheels and lightweight materials ready for when batteries get lighter. Small experimental super light evs with solar panels have done thousands of km on an initial battery charge

I haven't seen a truck like this. Where my father was born, villagers either have cars and minibuses for driving on road. cheaper electric tricycles are used to carry stuff around their village. Even cheaper electric "wheelchairs" are used in town, but I think it's banned in cities because it's crappy, needs no license and goes really fast. But for around 5000$, there is a small electric car that you can legally drive around in. I am actually thinking of getting one to drive around campus.

If you put it on while cold, the microscopic amount of air between the suction cup and the windshield will expand when heating up, and it will fall. That thing only travels at the speed of a bicycle (I think 30km/h), but is more than enough to visit friends in the neighbouring towns, drive to the discounter for the weekly groceries, inspect the fields and hunting cabins etc. They are also road legal (atleast here in Germany and our laws tend to be among the strictest, when it comes to vehicles) and the required driving license is also the lowest (either a normal car license or one for small mopeds). Disadvantage: Golf carts do not have a pickup bed.

The fact that there isn't glue on it and it's held by a suction cup should be another hint that Chinese make cheap crap. They just do.

Great for hauling a washing machine or just doing small jobs around the house / farm. No gas required either so that's an added bonus. The lithium ion battery will be expensive to replace but over time people should be able to find a cheaper solution / hack to replace the battery. When gas prices hit $1.90 a liter here in Canada it was insane just to use the car for literally anything. If someone could bring and sell that truck from China, I guarantee that loads of people would flock to buy something like small and practical like that mini truck.

The truck is pretty cool but it's the guy that kept my attention. Got a new subscriber. Like how he answered everyone's questions and addressed the haters in a way that wasn't offensive. Wish I had a need for a truck like this. Would love to see the bigger tires and upgraded suspension. Add a crazy wrap just for fun. Blue with lightning comes to mind. I know I'm late (4 month old video) but would love to see more updates.

Love the update. Just want to say, if larger diameter wheels/tires were installed, the hauling abilities and power of the truck will be reduced. It would be like changing the gear ratio in the drive train to taller gears. And to those who say don't buy Chinese goods, I guess don't use a cell phone or computer or watch TV or use electric appliances or .....
