I'm in Australia, and personally a yard that size I'd charge generally between 55-70 depending on how long it is. But we do have some people who are unscrupulous with what they try to charge. At the 10:20 mark where it's that little section at the mailbox, we have people literally trying to charge home owners over $70 just to mow that tiny bit, so it's no wonder alot of them have gone ass up lol, and the rest of us have great regular clients. And I do think people often forget that when we price a lawn that we have to factor our overhead costs into the price. Northeast L.A. = $60-$65/visit. I could do that entire property solo in roughly 30-35 mins with a self-propelled 21 inch mower. 🤙🏼

$55 is the ideal price. I started off at $45 but I had to quickly increase my price because gas and equipment costs.

How much difference is the commercial insurance on your vehicle. I know it varies from person to person and insurance company to insurance company but I'm just wondering was it big difference? Thanks

I pay $300 plus for my truck and 2 trailer. Lawn trailer and roll off trailer.

15 min for a 3 man crew. $60-$65 bare minimum. That’s assuming $85/hr per man.

Virginia is a great spot to be. I was there in November of 2022 leaf cleanup is crazy there.

I’m less then 45mins from your area in Mississippi but something like that based of the size and the fact you have to push it and use a smaller mower I see $60 to $65 time is money in this business. Now if it’s a older person I cut them a little slack and drop the price. But I don’t do the crack head rate lol!

Push mowing with 30" walk behind would take 6 mins front and 12 mins at the back and 18 mins WEB weed,edge, blow= 36 mins max x $1.3333= $48.

Yes here $50 to $60 is a good rate for here. A lot of guys cutting in my area try to undercut my price and the customer always come back.
