Peace Family!! This video is basically a total breakdown of how much it cost us to place the roof on our two story building! We built this structure to bridge the gap between the Diaspora and Indigenous Africans. It is through our unification and strength, that we will create the Africa that the world needs to see. This two-story building sits on 2 acres of land in the fertile mountains of Ghana, West Africa! Most African countries like Ghana, Tanzania build houses to last, same as in Europe- solid concrete and proper wooden doors and windows, so I hope it's being built to their standards and not US, where houses are held together with dry wall, sheet rock with paper backing and ply wood and you can punch a hole in the wall they're so thin and flimsy😂
How you been bro? I’ve been seeing so many people who came back to the motherland have ended up leaving. Ghana doesn’t accept Black Americans which is a dang shame, Funny how Africa loves the YT man and the Chyna man but will do all it can to stop those in the Diaspora who want to come home. Hope it all works out for you tho brother
Doing the entire roofing in one day is crazy , hopefully they didn’t rush to do it. And it always makes sense that you wait till rainy season to see if there is any leaking

My thoughts exactly!! Excuses to finish bcos some take multiple contracts within the time they've agreed to start yours! Always ensure you sign a contract & get a warranty (which may be worthless in gh stms😕) But still evidence for them to cough up shd anything untoward happen in the foreseeable future. Sorry, but spking from experience, not dissing tradesmen. V well done, onwards & upwards!!💪🏾❤
