He Purchased Land Right Next To Us! (Building in Ghana)

Peace Family! This video first begins with the My Natural Roots Organization picking up ATM Tim from the airport! He purchased land right next to us and this was his first time ever in Ghana West Africa! We then dropped him at his hotel and soon took him to see his land. He purchased one plot on the same land where we are building! Stay tuned!

    Keep doing you brother 👊🏽 One thing that worries me about renting/building in Ghana is knowing what areas flood as I doubt the person selling or leasing you the property is going to want to let you know 😅. Also you often talk about generational land etc. But the 50year lease worries me for my daughters sake. Thanks for all the good videos.

  • @jettunion7430

    @jettunion7430

    8 ай бұрын

    The 50 year lease is just word of mouth. After 50 years nobody’s gonna come take your house if they come it’s just a small fee to renew. Speaking from experience here. I live not too far from Zayloc in Nsawam. Come and look before you buy.

  • @zayloc23

    @zayloc23

    8 ай бұрын

    Negative negative, you can use your sense to determine whether the land will flood. We are on a hill, so no way that will happen. And as long as you built something on your property no one will come disturb you. Just maybe a slight renewal fee (property tax) and that’s it. Stay in America and experience a false sense of comfort or come Africa and be free. All these Diasporans coming to buy land here and you still worried. 😂

    @@zayloc23 I will be moving to Africa more than likely Ghana regardless. But I will ask as many questions and talk to as many people as I can before I even visit so that when I do arrive I can be as productive as possible before my trip is done. Also when I actually repatriate it will be with my daughter so I will do as much due diligence. I think it would be ignorant for me to say just because a bunch of brothers and sisters have moved to ghana it must be all good. Just like I would be ignorant to think because other people have been scammed it means everybody in Ghana is scamming for land. But yes I do intend to live in one of the areas based on a hill so where you brothers are sounds good. And I live in England not the US. A lot of us are Jamaican descendants so we are not as in love with the european culture as a lot of brothers in the US. And none of us have any patriotism for England like some of the brothers in the US. Most of us know we belong in Africa. But where abouts its Nsawam is it? I can never catch the area you say it is 😅👊🏽

    Zaylock, good job man, but I think you need to start instructing the roods by side to mark house well lined and rood well instructured. So that wherever who build there have to follow the lines, everthing will be on line good roads houses side by side. To make it a nice area to live. That's my opinion.
