    When i started to distance myself from processed sugars and working out, i was feeling millions of times better. All though at the start i was having withdraws from the no sugar for about a week, i was literally doing so good for myself and it is something i recommend you all do.

    World health association says men should only have 10 grams per day and it can also differ based on how much a person works out and is active. If you really wanna figure out what’s best for you your better off watching a full video about this topic and not just a short

    So my daily routine can so one calc: Breakfest:Bread and eggs Noon:Spaghetti or menemen or soup Snack daily:3-7 fruits Dinner:same with noon but with soggy french fries or chicken

    the guys in these commts are so uneducated about sugar consumption. I've literally been counting the grams of sugar i've been eating every day since i was 11 (cuz im a prediabetic), and make sure to keep my average at 25g per day. To give you a perspective on how much sugar is in the foods you eat, a slice of white bread has 2-3 grams of sugar and a single pancake has 6 grams of sugar.

    I have 3 cans of coke and 2 coffees a day which have 3 teaspoons of sugar in each of them, very addictive unfortunatlly. I need to stop as im type 2 diabectic.

    I take max 2-3 teaspoon a day for five days with whole foods and on the weekend I binge on junk foods or homemade junk foods but not alot. I changed my diet and stopped taking too much sugar and processed junk foods. I've never felt more alive and productive. plus I dont get hungry more often. I do fasting 15--17hrs everyday.

    Added sugars and normal sugars aren't the same, it's hard for me to stay at 25 grams of sugar a day so I just make sure I am less or equal to 25 grams of added sugar

    I litterly just finished my 2nd Arizona of the day which has 60 grams right after a soda and who knows what else I ate or drink and For some reason I’m still way to skinny for football

    I use to consume about 10-12 tablespoon of sugar a day or even more....but i didnt get fat.....but yeah now i merely consume about 2 tablespoon of sugar ........and yeah its a good thing to cutoff sugar .....as it will help you getting clear skin and more energy........

    Ok i came over here because my bottle of sweet tea has 38g of sugar. Is that normal? But it also make sense because it is sweet team but it seems like a lot for just a normal bottle.

    How much ml is it? It's pretty normal for sweetened liquids to be that high in sugar. Just look at coke for example, 100 ml contains about 10 grams of sugar. So if you're drinking a can of coke (330 ml) you'd be consuming at least 30 grams of sugar

    Well I drink 3 lemonades per day and I add 3 teaspoons of sugar each that makes the recommended 9 teaspoons so I will not die!!

    Is it healthy to eat 66 grams of total sugar a day? Of which 60 grams is natural sugar from whole food and 6 grams is added sugar. I was wondering, how much total sugar is acceptable for a day?
