I had a car accident from a delivery van who tried to do a Hit and Run. Long story short I ended up getting over 9 epidural injections within a year 6 on my neck and 3 on my back. I was told I needed surgery so I got a cervical fusion my neck. What's my case worth? But the way I al still having pain in my eyes, neck and brain. I saw an eye specialist and found my eye nerve swollen and also suggest my brsin is still swollen.

@@AttorneyArkady oh ok, last question. Just because a case *could* be worth an amount *DOESN’T* mean it’s that amount? What I mean is a lawyer could ask for *said* amount but that *DOESN’T* mean the jury and or the judge thinks that amount

How do i find out the excess and umbrella insurance? Dhould my attorney fisclose this to me? Iess rear ended in GA by someone drive someone elses car that was registered in NY and she was licenced in tx. Not necessarily. The case value increases if the injury is permanent and lifelong. But if you feel better then worse those are normal fluctuations like good days and bad days. Usually the more serious the injury the greater the value

My lawyer is sending me to a fraudulent medical place. They are not helping me whatsoever and I am hurt. I want to get better and my lawyer is very adamant about me going to this one facility. He said that they are going to take over the medical payments and then get the money back from the other side, which essentially will be coming out of my settlement. And this doctor that I’m going to is charging $1500every time I go and they expect me to be there three times a week. And they aren’t doing anything for me. It’s a waste of time and energy and I think it’s a big scam between the lawyer and Dr. I need to find a different lawyer do you think? I was in a semi when another semi hit me head on at 65 miles an hour. It was my business as well. I lost my entire truck and trailer that combined cost almost $100,000 so I literally lost my business and truck and trailer in one day not to mention we are building a house and in the middle of building the house and it was all contingent upon our trucking business and I don’t know what’s gonna happen now.

Hi Mr Frektman. I have these 3 Herniated Discs thats bothering me. My lawyer is not helping me at all. He let them stop my Revision Surgery. In 2015 they had a $2,000,000 Policy on my Injuries. Defense lawyer wrote to the AME doctor to change the date to lower policy amount to $500,000. I have copies of this letter. I ask my lawyer to file a Medical Malpractice case after my Cervical Laminoplasty Surgery. He did not. They also have me have one left Carpal Tunnel Surgery. I have Bilateral CTS. My Wrists continue to go Numb and Tingling. Doctor whom perform my Neck Surgery wrote post op that i have Cervical Stenosis and Cervical Myelomalacia. He told me my Company offered $100000 and a MSA. Sir can you help Me. I know you can. You are a Miracle Man. Every one i turn on to your Videos love you. The most honest man i know. I just need to know what to do. California workers comp case.
