In the court order it states all discovery must be completed by 8/5/24 and today when I checked the docket I see that the defense lawyer just subpoenaed medical records from places that I have never been. Have you experienced anything like that

Can you practice in Virginia? After watching this one. Im really nervous about using the Lawyer i choose.She does not write back. Or inform me of anything. Its hard to find a lawyer in Virginia to take a premises liability case.

Love the channel. What information should my lawyer be telling me? I am 7 months in on my injury and about to have surgery on my back. I tore my meniscus, and I have a herniated disc pinching on my nerves. I am in Virginia, which is one of the states that is difficult to win premises liability cases. I was working and fell on an icy ramp at an establishment. I have went through all of the steps for my back and had successful surgery on my knee. I wish I knew what kind of insurance policy the establishment had but I havent heard from my lawyer since February. They told me to wait until my treatment is done.

I had Spinal fusion, but was not aware of it. I was in a coma for three week, I had a rod placed down center of backbone, along with screws. Along with 12 broken ribs

@AttorneyArkady I beat the odds I am walk , drive, ride my bike, work out at the gym, all without pain pills. I still have some back pain when I work out too much.

So I fell down really hard on my knee 4 weeks ago. Bruised up, could not walk at all for over a week completely bed ridden, reached out to personal injury and the case manager would not transfer me to an attorney because I said i did not see any defect with the step that I tripped on. I don't have a photo as I never drove back there. I tripped right outside the gas station the cashier did not warn me of a step and I fell really hard. Luckily I am not elderly but I landed directly on my left knee wearing high heels. I don't have health insurance so I just stayed home to heal myself. I am better now but I still can't put weight on my knee, cannot kneel without pain and cannot run like I used to. Because I don have insurance or money (i had lost my job) can I still pursue this? I can't run anymore its been a month now. I believe i have hairline fracture but did not get an x-ray because i have no money
Perhaps you can get some photos now and contact a local lawyer. A few weeks isn’t too late

I feel like my situation will be a bit difficult . Last August i had an incident at my residence due to a missng piece of concrete steps . Ive been on ssdi sonce 2016. Unfortunately my pre existing conditions got worst then later in sept i recived a letter from the social security that i had to attend a IME examination i went had my physical and report came bsck that im still disabled will that cause amy issues in my claim ?

There’s a case called Batson that prohibits challenges based on race. So if a lawyer thinks their adversary is challenging a juror bc of race the lawyer can raise a batson challenge and the adversary has to state a non racial reason for the challenge. It’s kind of a weak law but at least it’s something

Semi truck did hit me rear end of my Suburban on the highway. I did slow because traffic in front of me was getting slower. My car did smoke inside, frame is bent, engine light is on. Hello mr frekhtman, the driver and her trainer had there deposition . Driver said she was stoped and look to mirror and made the u-turn and and i was behind her then she hear revving. The driver trainer said she did not hear anything before the wreck such as your car revving. and driver put her signal on and started turning at the same time. what happend in this matter She did say that Rogers put her signal on and started turning at the same time.
