How Much Have I Spent Building In Ghana? (FULL THIRD STORY WALKTHROUGH AND BREAKDOWN OF COSTS)

Greetings! This video is about how much I have spent building a three-story home in Ghana, West Africa. A complete breakdown of everything from the masons, steel bender, carpenter, laborers, cost of materials and MORE. Leaving the rat race and beginning life in a new country surrounded by nature is a great experience! I make these videos to encourage others to come to Africa and do the same! My homie built his mom a house in Nigeria for $30K two years ago and that inspired me to do the same. It was a beautiful home too. 3 bed rooms 3 bath. So congratulations to you fam. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾

Hailing from over in the Caribbean, love to see how the project is coming, looking really nice..I don't know if I will ever make it over there but glad for those that did and can. It brings a tear to my eye when I see the kind of land that the homeland has.

No, it's not. Everything is priced according to Ghana's economy. You build this massive house in Ghana and you still live around the bush! So he's actually apart of BUILDING UP Ghana. Labor is expensive in the US because our economy is expensive and they do things on a professional and legal level. In Ghana you just pay a group strong back men and they'll build you a whole damn house 😂with no shoes on😂😂❤✌🏾

What’s wrong with you? You’re all over KZread commenting about people who have decided to relocate to Africa. Just enjoy your good life in America. You’re so arrogant, all the time talking about your carrier in the USA. FYI, there are a lot of highly educated and skilled Africans in the US and they don’t mention their achievements on KZread. I really question your critical thinking abilities. This guy doesn’t decide how much to pay for labor charges. Masons and other skilled and unskilled workers decide how much they have to be paid. Have you built a house in Africa before? Labor charges differ between neighboring countries in Africa because of the cost of living and currency strength .10 yrs to come, you would be ashamed of yourself for what you have been doing on KZread, because you seem not to see the big picture and lacking vision. You had the audacity to talk about AA victim mentality on another channel in the US? Try to learn and understand the history of America before posting your nonsense. Always, talking about Nigerians as if there are the only successful people. A normal person wouldn’t waste his time posting negative comments all over KZread regarding Africa. Please take care of your mental health. That’s why a lot of people hate Nigerians. Majority of you guys are very unconscious and arrogant.
