The only thing he doesn't mention is just because you leave America doesn't mean you off the hook for paying taxes. And whatever you benefit financially from is considered income and are still responsible for paying federal taxes... The only way to get free completely is to renounce your citizenship and become permanently a citizen of Africa. Because if you think you will out smart Uncle Sam by just not paying as soon as you return you will face tax invasion... I believe you should cut ties for good. We don't need people in our country who are weak minded and they leave because they are naive to think the grass is always greener on the other side then failed and want to return to their victim hood mentality... No thank you... Stay on your side of the ocean and we will stay own our side.. Peace and quiet finally when the rest follows.

Men you one lucky brother and you made the right connection in Ghana to keep your building cost down. Many of us from Africa residing outside Africa are victims of fraudulent, scams when building there. Others have given up building in Africa due to inflated prices and scams. Kudos and job well done. Some have paid 10 times you spent for an uncompleted bungalow.

It’s nice to see you do your thing. Will cement or black top the driveway. Also will you make apartments in the area to rent. Great way to employ the people.
