Inflation is world wide. Ukraine is in a unique and unfortunate position where poverty has sky-rocketed due to the war. Ukraine seems to be using their incoming funds well to make sure prices are affordable. Any other position towards their economy would be cruel. Comparing our prices to Ukraine might cause a knee-jerk reaction to say something it wrong, but it's not. Keeping people fed first and foremost is the hardest job of any economy.... Ukraine is going to need constant subsidies after, if, and when this war ends.

Thanks for sharing!! The prices in North Carolina continue to go up in price…though we probably buy things that we really don’t need. Extra to pack lunches for my granddaughters to take to school. It’s most likely cheaper to buy the school lunches, but they like to pack. We don’t always cook evening meals, I’m a nurse and work night shift. But we usually spend around 200.00 every couple of weeks. Sometimes more or less. Not counting $ spend eating out. One of my granddaughters plays club and school soccer so they are on the road a lot, sometimes it’s just easier to grab something on the way home. Well, sorry for being long winded. Hope y’all continue to be safe!! I’ve enjoyed your videos and look forward to them!! Much love from North Carolina ❤️

Roughly $35? You'd get stuff all for that in Australia. My favorite loaf of bread costs $6USD.

I'm surprised that many of your foods seem expensive considering what salaries are in Ukraine. So, inflation has impacted you as well. We live in the US (Florida) and prices are starting to come down. Eggs, for instance, went up a lot for several months, 12 for $4 and more. Today, 12 for $1.69 at ALDI (German supermarket). Be well, guys! Слава Україні!

We have had massive inflation in Canada 🇨🇦 too. Food has always been quite expensive here, but now it’s crazy. The groceries in your video would cost me about $100 or more 🤦‍♀️. The biggest grocery store chain in Canada showed major profits this past year, so the people are not happy! The president of the company stepped down from his position a few weeks ago after banking a $1,000,000 pay raise. With that said.. I have no reason to rant really. I don’t have war on my doorstep. Please know that the war is never far from our thoughts. I’m glad that Luba and your families seem well. Kisses to little Jack 😘🐾 💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙

Healthy choice & Bon Appetit! Loved to see Luba carefully opening plastic bags for later re-use ... Hope it inspires others! PS: Australia also has a 10% + inflation, but no war. May Peace be restored in beautiful Ukraine soon!

I wish I could buy that much food in the states with $23. I believe that would cost me close to $60-$70 in the states.

In Ontario Canada. the same size sardines $1.79. corn is $3.49. Yep, we taxpayers are being held with no rites on any food prices.
