My sister's 2018 Mercedes GLA 250 was due for its second service which was service B

14 min mark shows what a service b is in case you're wondering
Not a bad video at all, I enjoyed it. I had a similar issue with the fuel cap string breaking; my take on it was to simply cut off the string and that was that. Also, interesting, here in Europe we don't fail our inspections due to windshield cracks; certainly wish the standard was that high, though.
Are those push-button available post sale or are they provided with the car when you buy it?
