Another helpful video. Thanks! Would love to see you cover the business side of things as that’s one of the last areas I’m still a little confused about. I did watch your interview with Todd Sachs And it was quite helpful but left a few questions. Also watched a lot of videos with an asset protection lawyer which is also been helpful. I know you chose LP for each flip. Is there a reason you do this versus an LLC? Also is your main entity a corporation or an LLC? It seems people don’t need to worry about these things for their first flip or two but would you recommend getting a business entity first and a LLCs for an offer as a starting point

You mention a complete house remodel plan. I’m curious where I could find a generic list of items that go into such a remodel plan?

How do you determine if a wall is non-load bearing wall? Do you need to hire a structural engineer?

I love everything you do. Why did you put the microwave over the range? To me that cheapens the kitchen and makes it look cheap to me. My 2 cents

Hey Elisa I love your videos. I need your help please. When you buy a house to flip with a hard money loan, do you first put an offer with a financing contingency or do you first get the loan and then the put the offer? Thanks a lot for everything you do !!

@@Eric_In_SF get recommendations for a contractor or two, same with hard money. intro yourself to them and ask them what they want you to know about the process. Then find a deal.

When does a contractor need to be paid? Can be done when all work is done - My lender says they are not paying out until work done? Thanks
