Can't go wrong with a long term tenant... Make sure the have all their hazardous materials etc.. Properly stored... You don't want any contamination issues if you want to sell.

Residential homes can easily cost 200k-300k+ to build (of course depending on location & done by pros).. so considering that -- not bad.

Very cool. It looks like it was designed in Revit.

I need to build a building this exact same size in Utah.

My 2 story house would cost this much but I'm doing all the work myself down to the excavation. My total estimate would be around 25000 if I do all the work with some of my family helping. With hiring contractors it would be around 400,000 but I am a contractor, labor, electrician, with all those licences so I hired myself

I’m assuming you meant 250k not 25k. Unless you’re milling you’re own lumber and getting everything else second hand. And have no permitting requirements.

Yep HVAC was shorted, not sure location but may be uncomfortable for some.

PLEASE hire me next time you need garage doors installed. I’ll get you the same for half that guaranteed 😂 that’s a wild number

Your permits and fees are cheap. Some cities here in ca 25k just for the water meter.
