How Men Can Survive The Modern Dating World - Hamza

Hamza is a personal development coach and a KZreadr.
Many young guys would rather watch porn and play video games than connect with the real world. This creates swathes of lonely, disconnected men and leaves women with fewer and fewer good options in the dating market. Meanwhile, Red Pill KZread and the Manosphere can be a negative influence which keeps men stuck and demonises women, rather than helping everyone become better, happier, more attractive people.
Expect to learn the biggest mistakes Hamza made when improving himself, why Fresh & Fit need to take food out of their mouth, Hamza's thoughts on Britney Spears getting naked on Instagram, how to avoid being Black Pilled with a growth mindset, if Hamza thinks the future of dating will be polygamous, why the manosphere sees women as the enemy, Hamza's reaction to Mikhaila Peterson and Rollo Tomassi's debate and much more...

About the casual sex, I think Dr. Jordan Peterson himself said it best when he claimed (and I'm paraphrasing) : ''Casual sex is a contradiction in terms.. for there is nothing casual about it.'' And I think that sums up a lot of the problems we're seeing today and that you adressed.

I am 20 and I really don’t mind dying alone without intimacy long as I get to make great art. I workout daily taking Sunday and Saturday off and I work on my artistic venture everyday for almost a year. Women, love and sex are things I don’t mind not having, my impulse to needing to create new life is one I want to focus on creating good art. It’s all the impulse asking you to transcend wut you’re. Not compering wut is being created but the process of creation itself. At age 18-19 I was in a serious semi-schizophrenic state. My head would constantly tell me that I was going to end up committing suicide and I wouldn’t be able to shut it up, that and a serious lack of interest in the world, in living and in dying. My Christian faith even tho I tried to destroy it soo many times so I could be “free” was wut made me conceive death as not the ending. My believe in the transcendent dint make death an absolute so my depression was never able to push me to death. But I was stuck in this state of dying slowly started considering becoming a monk actually. All this to say I came out of it and this might be cope but all I want to do now is create a piece of art that can aspire some future genius, I want to be great or aid something great.

Don't feel you have to listen to other people e.g. these commenters (or me). Make your own decision and if it's "wrong" for you, you'll figure that out in time. Most decisions aren't a one-way door and you can always change your mind later down the line. Sometimes it's actually healthy NOT to focus on dating/women for a chapter in your life, and instead focus on creativity, or career, or education or something else. You don't have to chase it all at once. You might just get overwhelmed and burnt out. As an ex-artist turned designer myself (with some regret about my decision, but time to change it being 20yo as well) I relate to and somewhat even envy your decision to pursue art above all else. It seems noble. A large part of the trouble is that we have our intuition and our logical minds at war with each other. But if we listened to our intuition a bit more (and I mean intuition, not our impulses - they're different) I think we would make better decisions in the long-term. That's my 2 cents anyway.

Theres a lot of money to be made coaching men to take accountability for their negative behaviours….but big thing always missing from these men’s discussions is how to hold women accountable for their negative behaviours.

  • @rogerk662

    @rogerk662

    2 жыл бұрын

I think it would be better to frame it along the lines of holding others generally accountable for their poor behaviors, whether they be your partner, friends, colleagues, or community members, though I do think you're right in the sense there should be a focus on holding your partner accountable. It's delicate and hard thing to do without coming off like an asshole or making the situation worse, and coaching could be a huge help in this. It's extremely difficult to have a conversation with your partner to discuss the negative things s/he has done, and showing young men how to do this in a mature and decent manner would be a big step in the right direction.

The expression 'tall poppy syndrome' comes frome the Roman historian Livy. According to him, the last king of Rome, Tarquin the proud, was at war with the neighbouring city Gabii. It was too strong to take by force, so he sent his son to infiltrate it. The son, pretending to have been exiled by his father, worked his way to the top of the city. When he had taken control of it, he sent a messenger to his father to ask what should be done. The father didn't say anything to the messenger, instead he walked into the gardens and chopped down the tallest poppies with his cane. When the son heard what the messenger had seen, he executed all the elites of the city, and thus it fell to Rome.

Ultimately, I feel it comes down to self discipline to train for the times when we need wisdom to make decisions that are best for us. Learning to stand firm in what is best for you, not what you want (because like they said there are times where it can be affected by subconscious), is what the self discipline is for. It's not about making it a lifestyle, because that is where it becomes exhausting.

The dating game is an updated version of the same game that humans have always been playing: Survival of the fittest. We are not dying of famine/plagues/war etc the way we used to, but birth rates are dropping like crazy because it's too expensive to have children. Only the top tier of men can afford to have children, and only a small percentage of young women choose motherhood over a career path. Only those select few are having (multiple, healthy) children to produce further generations. Brutal reality, but life has always been brutal in one form or another. I wish all of you good health and mental fortitude. Greetings from a degenerate NYC my friends

It's a problem, and men need to sort their lives out in order to get out of their bottom feeder situation. And (young) women need to make a very important decision - to go against whatever BS they've been told in the last half century about following a career path. Neither are easy to do, but both are essential

The tinder match statistics sound depressing but don’t forgot in the real world there isn’t an algorithm stopping you (because they want your money and for you to stay on the app) from chatting to someone you’re attracted to and charming her with your with charisma or at least practice, and it’s free.. you just pay with rejection but even that matures into acumen over time

lol this was basically just one long reminder of how I need to get back in the gym. I had been going religiously for 15 years but when everything shut down due to the rona I just completely fell off the wagon and have struggled to get back into the habit. Also developed a great sense of apathy towards everything. Don't care that I'm not dating anymore... just focused on being grateful for what I have rather than chasing happiness and meaning and enlightenment. I have a good job, no debt, no felonies live on my own and don't bother anyone and it works for me. I found red pill years ago and did the whole "gym bro, bang gurls" life style.. ended up dating a girl for 4yrs towards the end of that and once it ended said "to heck with this" as, even when things were good, it was still a struggle. I guess I'm trending more towards black pill thinking now, but that's just me, not saying everyone should think that way.

researchers consistently fail to address the magnitude of this issue. People ultimately need love and validation. When a man doesn't matter to a woman, when she doesn't gaze at him with a loving smile, tell him she wants him/needs him, that he matters to her. A lot of guys have never had that. This will cause disillusionment/isolation/soul sadness and mental health issues in men. No amount of material things, por* will be able to replace that. The problem in the west is 2 fold. Incels can't get a woman and the ones that do get one, end up in divorce/breaking up or being cheated on and losing more than the lady. So they swear off relationships and end up lonely all the same. (Mgtow) Both have the effect of creating lonely, angry, atomised ppl and broken society with plummeting birth rates. And can spell the end of that society. What are we seeing in the west now? Falling sperm counts, falling testosterone levels, births, marriage, and a rapidly ageing society, with catastrophic debt levels. White ppl used to have close family bonds but now they no longer keep ties with family and send old ppl to homes. Jobs for life are a thing of the past, from where they used to form friends. White ppl lost their matchmaking culture and used to marry form within their own tried and tested social circle. With all that now gone, internet dating and cold approaching/PUA random women that u know nothing about is the way. Which can be toxic.

Chris as always love your work! I would however like to make the distinction between, Fresh and Fit, Rollo, and Kevin Samuels, they are in no ways similar, and in fact very distinct. Fresh and Fit bring up women, whom like you and Hamza said most young men dislike but are attracted to, bash them as a class and feed off a young man's anger phase after taking the red pill. Rollo simply uses modern day illustrations of his concepts of female behavior, such as Will and Jada Smith. He simply points out female behavior and what it is in the wider context of how society views female nature. Kevin spent 3 years speaking to men. He blew up when he began speaking about women because of what his clients wanted. Regardless of what you may think Kevin does not bash women, he clearly just tells the truth of what most men want and women because they live in our modern day society are shocked at what a man REALLY thinks, and so they respond back poorly, but note that he reflects the energy he gets from whoever comes on his show and MANY MANY women are thankful for his work because he is guiding women away from the polygamous paradigm you are fearful of, and rightly so. The reality is that these three are all different but to conflate them all as the same would be foolish.

I liked the cold tub story. I think, that is what men are made for. Suffering and overcoming to grow on our experience. Really nice to hear about different experiences in that regard. But then... and I keep changing my comment... First: To be relevant... do not dip into gossip. Second: If you have questions which do need a deeper consideration, give your discussion partner the possibility to reflect on it beforehand, Chris. Anyway, I think this channel might be really great with a bit more thought.

💎💎💎Here are my notes (w/ DETAILED TIMESTAMPS) Great episode been checking Hamza's main and second channel in the past week and learnt a lot - so thank you both! 00:44 holistic self-improvement 01:08 no pill actually gives proper well-rounded advice 02:16 The red pill is like a cult 03:04 nofap 04:17 nofap can put you into a -ve downward spiral if you break your "streak" 04:54 took hamza 5 yrs break his habit 05:31 your mental viewpoint on your behaviours is at times 50% of your mental talk and way you view yourself 06:59 new identity = change in triggers + habits 07:52 environment design is key at the START but after a while you want to get deeper understanding on what triggers that behaviour 10:57 “self-development depression” 12:59 Plato's allegory of the cave 💎 17:33 You need to go deeper and turn that pain into the norm of being in that situation! 💎 18:39 in the beginning, our perception of pain is inverted when it comes to +ve habits and vice versa with -ve → you want to stick through the pain because it WILL get easier/enjoyable! 20:43 mindfulness training 21:36 the power of surrender 💎 31:48 by emulating the red pill KZreadrs you end up attracting low-quality women who the red pill KZreadrs are sleeping with and not actually in a healthy dynamic with! 35:21 its taught by -ve media 36:41 the beta in you feels satisfied when seeing f+f arguing and winning arguments - it's all just petty and never actually leads to growth! Stop wasting time-consuming 38:52 be bitter or be better 39:50 when watching that cheap entertainment - it's like junk food not healthy and you don't feel like your highest self when subject to it! 40:38 the red pill if you go too far in can distort your mind and make you view women as not a team member you build with but as an enemy, you must conquer - SUPER SUPER toxic mentality, count yourself lucky if you don't think this way! 40:38 are you looking for value or cheap entertainment masked as value????? 42:03 This reminds me of the way of the superior man - the true alpha/masculine man enjoys female and feminine nature as it polarises/balances them and is a part of human nature 48:23 Maslow's hierarchy of needs 49:11 it takes time to change your behaviour...be patient! 56:16 the agricultural revolution allowed some men to accrue resources and wealth - which made them highly attractive - they would then have large harems of women who they could keep safe - this is where a lot of men's ability to have children decreased as they were no longer seen as an option for women - “some women would rather share an alpha than be saddled with a beta long term” 57:26 the unstable society where a small minority of men get all the women is actually NEVER good! In a way, the agricultural revolution and loss from hunter-gatherer society messed human society up 59:00 this is FACTS think Netflix shows that have come out recently 01:01:14 media really DOESNT teach you the realities of dating and being in an actual loving and caring healthy relationship! Drama captures attention and with media when the only metric they're maximising is attention - drama will win all day everyday even at the expense of truth 01:04:43 life is literally like a movie man 01:10:20 30-50% of ppl in black pill and incel fall on the spectrum - so interesting to see how Chris brought up his point on, yes, there are people who self-development isn't going to always work as well as the majority - and as much as he feels for them at the same time the content he puts out is for his younger self and people who are similar to that

Great podcast. I feel like the impact of trauma must be considered as well; especially for boys/young men which contributes to severe attachment anxiety and disorganized defenses against the shame of rejection; which can have profound effects on self worth and meaning. All of this appears to be undervalued, underrepresented, and under-treated in our current climate. "The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation." -- Homeboy Thoreau has aged well...

16:03 this is the essence of it for me. Once you improve, you're probably fine with yourself. But then everyone else has something to discredit about you and this makes you so, so lonely and isolated. And of course even without that you feel disconnected from these shallow "friends" of yours.I am 100% sure all we need as men (and peoples) is *encouragement* . This is why it's so important that Jordan Peterson said "Make friends with people that want the best for you" (Rule 3) and furthermore "people don't neccessarily respond to that [good news] in a positive way"; "people need so little encouragement". Remember Good Will Hunting, this is the essence. Be a fucking baller. And surround with people that are too, so you can carry each other. Social Ballers, let's go.
