Hi doc, i ve been experiencing this lately , my number of days having monthly period had been decreasing from five days to 3days and now 2days

I am so happy I I found your channel. I’m 40 and my husband is 41 and we’re trying to conceive. We just started about a week or so ago but prayerfully we can have our baby by the end of 2024.

My husband is an occasional alcohol drinker. I try to follow these guideline but sometime during my ovulation time my husband is out late drinking & liming or too intoxicated to satisfy/fulfill my desire & urges
