As an Ismaili Muslim technically we do 3 prayers. One then two at once; Judaism denies any other prophet so no they are stuck in the religion and most Jews in the West are not really Jews are they, maybe they should respect the orthodox or change their religion and not pretend to be Jewish when it’s comfortable

@@danwelsh6182 Salam Alaikum, you might think we are close, but, we really aren't. Jews where the one that made fun of Prophet Muhammed (Peace and blessings be upon him) and insulted him, they wanted to also put him in an embarrassing moment by asking him questions, the questions were; 1-About the soul 2-The seven sleepers (The people of the cave) 3-The king who ruled the entire world He said he would answer them tomorrow, he didn't say (inshaAllah) meaning (if god allows), and so, the reason he said tomorrow so that Gabriel may come and give him the answers, proving more he is a prophet. The day went and Gabriel didn't came, it was at this point 15 days, the Jews were happy because they stopped his "lies" as what they think, the news got all around Mecca. The prophet was very sad, and his companions were sad for that their prophet is. Then, surah Al-Qahf was revealed, answering all of the questions of the Jews, and telling the prophet (and everyone) that he always should say (inshaAllah) when he wants to do something, because nothing happens without God's permission. In story short: I won't have peace with the people that consider the Dajjal the Messiah, and made the beloved prophet sad. May God guide you to his path, if you didn't accept his guide, may his curse be upon you.

Very well done. That is correct. We can technically pray anywhere, not just in a synagogue, as you stated. But we are supposed to pray and in synagogue, because we require a minyan (10 Jewish adult males) in order to pray certain prayers. If we don’t have that, we have to omit certain prayers. Also, you had a slip of the tongue. But it’s interesting because you’re not wrong with that either. We can pray in a Mosque. Because we view Islam as a monotheistic religion. We cannot pray inside of a church, because we view Christianity as Avoda Zara - idol worship, since they worship a man.

@@sangeerpurayil6653 Those people who pray only three times a day couldn't have taken from the Qur’aan, as the Qur’aan states five prayers: The four prayers in the Qurʼaan with the word Ṣalaat (صَلَوٰةٌ) in the singular or in the plural Aṣ-Ṣalawaat (الصَّلَوٰةُ) is mentioned (and the fifth, part of the plural word and 30:18; five prayers in all) in the Qurʼaan : 1) Ṣalaatu-lFajri (صَلَوٰةُ الفَجْرِ) and Ṣalaatu-lᶜišaaʼi (صَلَوٰةُ العِشَاءِ) in 24:58 and in 11:114 2) Ṣalaatu-lFajri and Ṣalaatu-lMaḡribi expressed as “Perform the Aṣ-Ṣalaat at two ends of the day” (وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَوٰةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ) 3) Ṣalaatu-lᶜaṣri expressed as Aṣ-Ṣalaatu-lWusṭaa (الصَّلَوٰةُ الوُسْطَىٰ) = the Middle Prayer in 2:238; in this same Aayat “Preserve Aṣ-Ṣalawaat and Aṣ-Ṣalaatu-lWusṭaa...” (حَٰفِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوٰتِ وَ الصَّلَوٰةِ الوُسْطَىٰ...) = the complete five prayers; Four prayers cannot have the middle prayer, or differently said an even number cannot have a middle number, and fifth prayer is Ṣalaatu-ḏ̣ḏ̣uhri hinted in 30:18, in other words 2:238 with rest in above mentioned indicate precisely five transparent stated prayers, without any form of obscurity! Qurʼaan 20:130 indicates Ṣalaatu-lFajri, Ṣalaatu-lMaḡribi and Ṣalaatu-lᶜišaaʼi, and possibly Ṣalaatu-lᶜaṣri! All coincide with the obligatory prayer times as mentioned in Qurʼaan 4:103 “Indeed, the prayer on the believers is prescribed at fixed time, إِنَّ الصَّلاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَاباً مَوْقُوتاً”

You must be born again to understand that Jesus said “I Am the way, the truth and life; no man comes unto The Father except by Me.” There is no other name under heaven given amongst men by which we must be saved. Religion is made by men but Jesus came and restored our broken relationship with The Father through the Cross and the shedding of His Precious Blood for all humanity. Biblical Christianity is not a religion. The reason we have all the troubles in the world is because the world as a whole has rejected the CREATOR JESUS and are following after gods that can never save them. I was a former Roman Catholic and blind as a bat; never heard the gospel in the RC church that we must be born again. Unless people repent of their sins and receive forgiveness from Jesus, the spiritual blindness will remain. Read John 3. Read the whole gospel of John which was written so that people would know & believe that Jesus is The Son of God and by believing they would have life in His Name. Till then, nothing will make sense. Why did Jesus have to die a torturous death on that cross if we could do good works and enter heaven without Him? Heaven, Paradise, the earth and every good thing was created by Jesus. John 1 tells us that in the beginning was The Word, and The Word was with God and The Word was God. Without Jesus humanity is lost. Respect everyone but there is no forgiveness of sins/heaven without Jesus.

Thank you for sharing this. It’s so good to pray. I love that there are reminders to the faithful to seek God often and directly. St Paul encouraged Christians to “pray continually” which is obviously not possible in the most literal sense but it makes sense none the less, just as I will “never stop” loving Jesus, tho my thoughts will stray from one thing to the next. I tend to say payers often and there are set times in the day when I will be sure to pray but I know I can approach God whenever and wherever I want. The loving Father is always ready to attend to His children. There is a Christian organisation called 24-7 prayer which encourages members of a community to pray in different time slots throughout the day and night (perhaps at particular times of felt significance) so that the prayers of that community are indeed continually before God. I have Catholic friends (I do not call myself Catholic) who have alarms set on their phones to remind them to drop everything and pray. I think this is good too but I do not feel impelled to pray at a particular hour. It pleases me to know that Jewish believers are encouraged to pray to God regularly too and I pray for them as I pray for Muslim believers. The Bible says that God is love. That is not to say that we make a god out of some feeling of yearning, or that love is God, but that God is all loving and that love is central to the character- the “heart” of God. So when we seek God who is all loving, we ourselves become closer to him and “abounding in love” which helps us in our attitudes towards all of God’s people. Love is stronger than hate just as light always overcomes darkness which must flee from the very presence of light. The funny thing is that Muslims, Jews and Christians all believe that ‘God’ created all people that people are the pinnacle of creation. We should love one another as we believe that God loves us. I believe that is godly or ‘holy’ as we should strive to be.

Mashallah, good Abu. I never knew Jews pray three times a day. This means when the Quran mentions different times of prayers in various chapters, those were the messages revealed to the prophets of their times, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Peace be Upon them) and then certain other chapters of the Quran mentions about the night prayer too. So, Muslims are combining all of them and pray 5 times. A very good indication that Christians, Jews, and Muslims are brothers.

On Shabbat, we pray at least 4 times and during Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the year, we pray at least 5 times. Thank you for this video, it is very heartwarming. 🙏🙏🙏❤️

The prophet said "40" Musa said too much and asked him to go back to allah to reduce it and he kept repeating thos until now we have 5 Fard prayers so we should all thank Musa (AS)!

Muslims needed to pray 50 times but it seems the prophet went up a few times to negotiate with Allah and reduced it to 5 times.

im sorry to hear that but all paths do not have the same destination. Allah the true god does not like his creation to worship A false god, so i dont think the destination would be that pleasing if Allah isnt pleased with them. its never too late to convert and all the sins will/might be forgiven if Allah wants to... but he is the most merciful and never doubt his mercy.. ❤

@ priyam in a way, i could agree with you that all the religion leads the way to god BUT the question that we should ask ourselves is, is the god that it lead to is The True God. And the one that can answer it is your own selves. No one can make you. YOU decide...sincerely and honestly. God is Eternal and Immortal God is All Knowledgeable God is Self Sufficient God is not like His creations

I haven’t converted but I’ve been learning the prayers and as much as I can about the Hebrew language . I’m being pulled towards it by God. I talk to him silently in my head and he has sent me answers every time I ask questions about many things. I’m not sure exactly what is happening or why exactly but I feel good being close to God

Amen, Hallelujah! I hope & pray ppl on here realize prayer is not about how many times we pray, but it’s about having a relationship with our Lord & Savior. The Bible says God will not hear our prayers if we have sins.. are our sins forgiven/washed by the blood of the lamb? If not, praying to idols is pointless. Brutal but it’s the reality. “Rejoice always, pray constantly, in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Messiah Yeshua.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Respectfully, I acknowledge your viewpoint, but how can you be certain you're actually conversing with Jesus? Any religion has the potential to assert that they're in direct communication with the divine, but such claims don't inherently hold truth. Assuming you're a believer in the concept of absolute truth, it follows that only one religion can be accurate. For example, if Christianity holds the truth, then Islam would be inaccurate, and vice versa. Therefore, my suggestion is to embark on some research with an open mind, rather than letting emotions dictate the course. With the grace of God, you may ultimately uncover the truth. I encourage you to read the Quran, which is regarded as the final testament.

This is a great example! Knowing other religion's practices and beliefs is like showing respect. This is the way we can have peace and still maintain our beliefs, we find our commonalities and ignore our differences.

So much to learn from each other if we stop the fighting and learn from each other. War has no winners, but love and knowledge can strengthen the way we see the good in life and stop hatred.
