Time under tension to failure that's all u need to know, rep range less important,
If you can do 10 sets of the same amount of reps every set then you’re not getting close to failure and not building muscle

High Reps is called the lactic acid workout building up a lot of lactic acid into your muscles through a high repetitious workout causes the release of growth hormone it's a very good idea to do a high rep workout, I would recommend once a week

Increase muscle mass without increasing strength? How is that supposed to be possible and why would you want that? Bigger muscle fibers = more strength.

If you are training for hypertrophy, you will get bigger muscles at the cost of some strength gains; if you are training for strength, you will get stronger muscles at the cost of some size. You will always increase strength if you increase muscle mass, you can just prioritize one or the other depending on how you train.

Muscle burn has never been shown to be in any relation to muscle growth. Stop chasing the burn, pump or soreness

@@Mrshorts..11295 absolutely untrue. Muscle growth is caused by mechanical tension, which is training hard. You do not need those factors and you should avoid chasing them if you want optimal growth. Microtear theory has been debunked
