I'm actually impressed by the percentage of your books you've read so far. It's also good to have a certain number of unread ones to keep the aspiration in your bookshelves. That's a great percentage read. You should be happy with that. I don't know if I want to know my percentage 😊, but I like having some books unread on my shelves. You have several series I haven't tried and as I'm new to your channel I'm going to have fun watching your videos.

Blood Song should be up at the top of the ones you should read. One of the best books I've ever read.

I actually have bookshelves for TBR books and separate bookshelves for read books. So I take a book from the TBR shelf and read it, then when done, I place it on the read books bookshelf. Obviously, you have to have enough space and shelves to do this. I recently had to buy new bookshelf to support my book buying. Of all the books I own, I've read about 40% or so. I like buying new books so I have them for future reading.... Its also nice to have shelves of books to choose from when I'm trying to decide what to read next. Thanks for the video!

You are a brave, brave man to do this publically. 😅 This year I read Ordinary Monsters and despite my not immediately having a strong reaction it’s one of those books that turned out to have real staying power in my thoughts even months later. If you want a hidden gem, that’s the book.

Your % is probably way higher than mine. I daren't repeat that process on my shelves. I'd be surprised if I breached 25%. Eek. I'm going to have to do a similar video now aren't I!?

Hmm, you made me go count my books...I lost count at somewhere over 500. There's probably at least another hundred or so. Not all of them are fantasy/sci-fi, there are some biographies and other non-fiction books in the collection. I've read almost all of them, some of the better fantasy books have been re-read, sometimes several times. When you're old and retired, you have lots of time to catch up on your reading.😉
