Really mad cutting skills! Really amazing! Honestly, i like to watch how the chef preps, compared to the cooking because you can see how diligent, professional and organized they are when it comes to preparing the ingredients and to make sure every ingredients are in top notch

Olá, não sei qual farinha perguntas, não assistí tudo ainda, mas, normalmente eles usam pão amanhecido ralado sem casca ou farinha panko (Que vem a ser a mesma coisa porém é industrializada, mas é MARAVILHOSA), não é temperada, talvez o que você pense ser tempero seja alguns pedacinhos da casca do pão. Você encontra a panko em mercados maiores, não sei de onde é mas Carrefour, extra, Assaí atacadão. Grande abraço e ótima semana.
