That recipe sounds amazing - the beer at the end makes the background work all worth it!
Love your video format 5+ mins and done. Short, sharp and informative!
It takes longer than most non-home brewers realize…but certainly time well spent! Beer looks fantastic brother, and great combination of hops, I’ll have to try that! Cheers 🍻
Good video. Oh, the socks worn while measuring your grains are on point.
Love your content brother! I’ll add this brew to my list !

You should! I really like them! Great balance of juicy and dankness…which I like , cheers 🍻
that looks like a tasty beer, brother. Beer takes as long as it wants to be done. Sometime you have to whisper sweet nothings to it, sometimes you have to pet it and make it purr, and sometimes you have to spank it like a bad beer. Just gotta give it what it wants. It knows it's days are numbered.....

Great video that beer sounds amazing and I am new to this hobby but it does seem like people that don't brew think that making wort is all there is to it
I did my very first all-grain earlier this month: Blue Moon clone, fermenting under pressure with Lal Saison yeast. It is VERY hazy, but got rave reviews from my buddies during (geek alert) our fantasy football draft this past Saturday. Also had a Labatts clone (partial mash kit) & a strawberry/lime/kiwi hard seltzer (mostly for the wifey) on hand.

That beer sounds bomb! I need to get some nectaron! Also saw you drinking one of my cans, did it last in the can? I hope my packaging procedure worked! Cheers!

Once again nice video and editing- Thanks. For clarification, did you start with RO water? Cheers 👏
@ElementaryBrewingCo

Thank you! I use distilled to start but I’m pretty sure RO is going to be almost the same thing, maybe a few ppm of the salts but I’m not sure that makes a big difference.

@@ElementaryBrewingCo Thanks and I would agree with min difference concerning water and when you hop dip the dry hops, do you add them when transferring to fermenter or with 3-5 days before kegging?
@ElementaryBrewingCo
11 ай бұрын
@@markbrown2615 I add them brew day. Put them in fermenter with 1 liter of 180 degree water about an hour before racking chilled wort on top.
David Heath reciepe? Bought myself some Verdant a few months back and have some Galaxy on hand. Will have to give it a try!

Really close to it but I changed the hops and dip hopped instead of dry hopped. But yeah his recipes was my inspiration 😊 cheers 🍻
Great video! Love Verdant yeast. This yeast also provides an amazing body to the beer (on top of water chemistry). #chewcy

Yes! Never thought about that but definitely added to the chewcyness 🤣🤣 cheers 🍻
3-4 hours for the wort is pretty good! Does that include cleaning as well? I need to figure out how to knock my Brewday to under 5 hours. Cheers!
@ElementaryBrewingCo
11 ай бұрын
Yes! But I only boiled this one for 30 minutes so I guess that would put me closer to 5hrs with a 60 minute boil, cheers 🍻
I spend anywhere from 5 to 6 hrs depending what I’m making . Simple one step infusion mash .

There are some brewdays that definitely take that long!!! Cheers 🍻
How des your brew day finish within 3-4 hours? I take 5 min, incl cleaning. But I'm closer to 6-7. Depends on how fast-food conversion is finished and boil time. Beer looks great 👍🏽🍺
@ElementaryBrewingCo

For this beer I only boiled for 30 minutes. If I boil for 60-90 minutes then I’m definitely in the 5-6 hour range. Add a step mash and yeah it’s closer to 6-7, cheers 🍻
Its a loaded question for sure that is beer style dependant. I always tell my friends and family how much time I put into making the "beer" vs how long it takes to make it taste as awesome as it does when I let them drink it. Like currently Ive got a Doppelbock aging with some oak, then Ill be bottle conditioning them so they wont get to try it till novemberish.
@ElementaryBrewingCo
