I rode with him at the Tour Down Under a few years back. Lovely guy, he was happy to chat with everyone.

Did he show you the wee motor in the frame?

Check out Greg LeMond's interview where he definitively states that riders have used motors. One tell-tale sign is a sudden ramping up of cadence when heart rate levels don't go through the roof. You can see in your introduction where Fabian takes off, leaving Boonen in the dust in Flanders. Boonen was chugging along, fighting the bike, whereas Fabian disappeared in a near instant. I don't care what you're doing here, but I take issue when anyone says naysayers are idiots. Ask LeMond what he thinks.

Watching all of his big moves live was the absolute best era in bike racing imo. Fabian, Sagan, Boonen in the classics... I mean, that was the stuff that made you want to be better.

The big thing that I notice right away is that stable pelvis goes completely out the window with the way he is attacking, his back is working with the pelvic sway to push more power smoothly to the pedals. He isn't hiding from anything and his spine is working.
