A woman from Japan left her stable job and moved to the U.S. to try her hand as an artist. Her creations are now seen in some of the nation’s top newspapers and magazines. Christina Ruffini has her story.

Never heard of this artist until today. Now, I need to see more! Her art is stunning, vibrant and inspiring. I follow a lot of artists and now I'll add one more to my list. I'm sorry that she was forced to stay home to work for fear of ignorance and hatred. Power to the arts!
