Literally for me cardiovascular endurance is the most important aspect for me in terms of fitness, it just feels good that your heart is healthy and you can go longer in exercises or sports. Don't get me wrong, strength training, mobility, flexibility all are very important too but something about your heart racing like crazy in duration workouts is fire.

Celebrating the process more than a win is something all human beings should apply to their life. Thinking about how good the single outcome will feel without understanding all the hard work and progress along the way is a great way to set yourself up for a sort of depressive state, feeling like you peaked at the win.
