I can bench 100kg but I am stuck at 140kg from the past 1 year and now I can't even deadlift 130kg . I don't know the reason and also I have never skipped deadlift 2 times a week in the past 1 year

140 kg bench is impressive, and you should celebrate that. As the weight gets heavy, the progression gets slower - we all have been there. Perhaps try different strategy - one heavy session and low volume, and a light session with high volume, also, try to include machine and dumbbell exercises in your chest workout routine, and see if there is any carry-over. Regarding the deadlift; hard to say because I don't know your deadlift workout routine - sets, reps, deadlift accessories etc.... Regular deadlifts alone will get you 70% of the way, try to include in your deadlift sessions Romanian deadlifts, deficit deadlift, stiff-leg deadlifts, squats, and other back (upper and lower) exercises such us; barbell rows, cable rows, lat-pull-downs, back extensions, etc.... Of course it all depends on what do you prefer building better - bench-press or deadlift. Personally, I prefer the deadlift, because one exercise targets multiple muscle groups. Also, keep in mind, sometimes, less is more. So you might need a couple of weeks or more rest from deadlifting, during this time, do some of the exercise I mentioned earlier, and see how they will help, and It'd be great to hear your progression.

@TITAN1749 I understand what you mean. We all get stuck at some point. One year though is quite a long time. However, your 140kg bench-press is impressive. Perhaps, you should re-strategize your bench-press and deadlift workout routine. Maybe implementing some of the exercises I mentioned in the previous comment might yield the results result you would be happy with. Best of luck, I’m curious to hear about your progression. Also, I’ve some videos coming up where I’ll talk about deadlift techniques, form, weight, loading phases, and more. So keep an eye out for those

@TITAN1749. If deadlift is where you are stuck, then consider some of the exercises and strategies I’ve mentioned in my first comment. Also, keep an eye out for upcoming videos because I’m doing a series of video on how to improve the deadlift
