How I travel on One Meal A Day || 5 necessary items for my success

I have been traveling for 3 weeks and have another 2 to go. Everyday, to break my fast, I consume an "elixir" comprised of about 12 different supplemental powders. In this video I talk about how I prepared this elixir for my travels of over 30 days. I also talk about a few other tools I have been using in order to make One Meal A Day possible for me while traveling. I hope you enjoy the video. A video link of the elixir is below as well as the recipe, links to the products I show in this video and links to all the ingredients on Amazon for your convenience. Much love to you!

I’ve become a little obsessed with watching joyfulvegan make soy milk in her Soya Joy. I’m thinking about buying one on amazon (wouldn’t be good for travelling). Then she keeps it in a liquor bottle. Probably much tastier than the stuff from the store

Cool video! Thank you for sharing all this info. I would say, be careful with the chia seeds. Even organic chia seeds is extremely high in pesticides unfortunately so I would not call it a health food, more of a novelty item. Just wanted to get that out there as someone who has direct experience with this.

@@manonofthesprings5175 What pesticide do the sneak in on the certified organic ones? Is it blown over spray from other fields or what exactly?

The problem here is mostly glyphosate. It is hard to control and something very prominent with such a small seed and the areas this is being grown.

Hey Conor! Really interested in your take on soy protein based on your study of Amen Ra’s research. It’s well known that whole food soy products are health6 despite he ubiquitous controversy but soy isolate is actually the only form that I have heard has been confirmed to be estrogenic and have some adverse effects. Thoughts? Also I’m curious how your digestion of fruit is after drinking this and how long in between is there generally? Wha5 was it like a Woodstock drinking this while also consuming so much fruit as I imagine being there just inherently shorted your macros to favor more carbs than what you’ve explained if your recent day to day flow being higher in fat / not restricting fat. Thanks brother, much love.

Yes! Great questions. I am definitely going to make a dedicated video on soy protein isolate. I still have more research I want to compile but this is something that is definitely in the works. Thanks for your insights!

I’d be interested in a Chia Seed video. I have chia seeds, but I’m not sure what to do with them Do you have to soak them?

You can grind them for a binder in vegan pastry/breads as a replacement for bread, you can also just throw that in a smoothie. The way I like them is just to put them in some soy milk and leave it for 10 minutes or so and then drink it. The longer you soak them the larger they become. I will definitely make a video about this down the line :)

Soy makes me sick, unless it's fermented, so I can eat natto or tempeh or miso but tofu or protein powders or even "meat" chili with TVP in it does not agree with me in the slightest. I use Naked Mass, definitely NOT a vegan product, but it doesn't have a lot (only organic maltodextrin, something I'd still prefer to avoid, but it's the best I've found so far) of garbage in it like some of the other powders do. It also has the benefit of not being a "wight loss: supplement, but a bodybuilding one, so it has a pretty good chunk of calories
