This year I decided to take this super intense online course on project management. It was like 150+ hours of content, and let me tell you, balancing that being a parent was no joke. It was way harder than I thought it would be. But hey, I pushed through and made it to the other side. In this video, I'll spill the tea on all the strategies and techniques I used to manage my time and actually finish the course. So, get ready.

This inspired me to add time tracking to my weekly review. Eventually it will provide me with the ability to estimate how long a particular task will take.

I took Google's official course/certification. I found it incredibly helpful and super detailed.

I don’t like to study on my weekends as I feel it’s my only time to take breaks from stree although I do one of the two courses I’m doing. Is that wrong and you advise differently? Yes consistency is best thing but it’s really hard to keep it up and keep studying with everyday stress. I had to cut my working hours to do this.

I prefer to think about dynamic consistency - what matters is staying consistent with pace you set for yourself, even if it's not daily (for instance studying every work day and breaking during the weekends IS being consistent :)
