Great advice! I try to get to "inbox zero" by Friday afternoons and try not to look at email over the weekend.

Tip to clear out the folder first? : Search for anything with "unsubscribe" and it should show you any and all newsletters and such that you can clear\delete. Keep what you want, delete the rest.
