Thanks Mariana. Would you able be to cover how you would manage one-off tasks and tasks from a project? For example, how you would plan your week, taking both ongoing projects and one-off tasks into consideration.

I actually love the new default Notion Tasks + Projects template (it's a combo page, basically your projects page reflects your task page). You can organize your tasks in a Kanban board like I show in minute 7 (it's one of the default views as well). If you're having trouble in finding their default Tasks + Projects template, DM me on Instagram or send me an email and I'll help you out

PRIORITIZE! So you don't feel so overwhelmed and get anxious about it. Write down what needs to be done ASAP and slowly you'll see your "To Do List" getting smaller.
