Here’s the big question: When you feel like you can’t even get up in the morning, how the hell do you build or keep your healthy habits in check?
Let’s consider that all the elements that help you stay on top of consistent habits are formed like a chain with 6 links. Most people focus too much on the chain’s fifth link, completely forgetting there are 4 previous steps they should consider beforehand, and a final step that reinforces that fifth link and that makes the habit-building chain stronger.
And when you respect the integrity of this chain, even if it may seem impossible, you can keep your healthy habits even when you have no energy.

1. Identify the habits that are valuable to you. 2. Choose habits that make the most impact on your physical, mental and emotional heath. 3. Attach clear and trackable goals to each habit. 4. Realistically, without depriving rest and sleep, decide how much time you can dedicate to building these habits. If daily time isn't available, turn these into weekly targets. 5. Add habits incrementally with very low daily targets like 10-15 minutes 6. Break the chain. Know when to drop a habit or take a pause and have a plan to come back.
The idea that we don't need to make a habit a daily one, but can spread over the week, it's just what I needed to hear! That's really a ground breaking idea in the current days we live
