How I Removed my 4L60E Transmission in 18 "Easy" Steps!

Welcome to my first KZread video! Uploading videos to KZread is something I've wanted to do for a very long time. I plan on uploading more videos, and improving the video quality along the way!
In this video, I show you how I removed my 4L60E transmission from my 2004 GMC Yukon. This isn't necessarily meant to be a detailed how-to video, but more of a fun edit showing my work.
Please comment below if you have any questions or feedback, which is greatly appreciated. In the meantime, please also like and share the video, and subscribe to my channel as I embark on my KZread journey!

@@RegenAutomotive no worries because your video was right on point and after I saw your video I’m sure if I just take my time I could actually drop my 4L60E from my 1997 Chevy C1500 myself now and go ahead and replace it myself..” yes indeed!💯👌

@RegenAutomotive I watched all 3 4L60e videos. Would you do anything differently if you did it again? I have a 05 4x4 Yukon 5.3L. 233,000 miles. Looking to get a used cheap broken 4L60/65/70 to rebuild with my teen as a DIY learning project. To have ready. I found a used one for $60, with nothing but Reverse working. Thanks!

@thesetruths1404 It sounds like you are doing yours on a budget, which is also the route I took. So far, I wouldn't have done anything differently. It's been about 3k km, and it's still holding up well. I just did a weekend of camping/ off-roading, and it took the abuse well.

I couldn’t unbolt the 3 bolts on each of the catalytic converters ended up cutting the exhaust oh well its a good excuse to get long tube headers now.
