    To your point about using this in fiction-I can say that literature students can definitely benefit from this. I wrote my thesis on Bram Stoker’s Dracula using a small box of notes using this same method! Great breakdown! 😁

    I always kept my bibliographies on cards when I was studying but these days I just keep endless notebooks with my references and thoughts about what I read. Certainly helps with more difficult reading. I do like the idea of index cards and will invest in a packet to see how it works. Because I keep a journal sometimes my notes get lost in the endless records of my reading and life generally. Cards might ensure that that process is a little clearer. Good idea Mike and thanks.
