In today's video, I'll be walking you through how I plan my KZread videos with Notion, taking a look at my overall KZread strategy, and my content calendar! Notion is basically my go-to space to plan out my art business and craft my social media strategy.

Life as a full-time college student (and graduating senior!) is pretty hectic, so keeping myself really organized is absolutely crucial to creating consistent content (and growing!!) here on KZread. I'll show you my workflow, including how I plan and script out my youtube videos, in my Notion workspace! I've tried lots of project management softwares and services to organize my KZread videos and content calendar, and Notion by far delivers the best bang for your buck (or lack of buck, as it's actually free!).

That Notion setup is super organized, Kelsey! 👌 I'm currently using boost app social for my IG content, and the structure helps a ton. Thinking of incorporating a similar system when I jump into YT!

I see why you like Notion so much! Even though I kinda hate to learn yet another platform, it does seem really great. Thank you. So, maybe I'm just being dense, but I set myself up a Notion account - how do I import your template, exactly? I guess I can just look at yours and recreate it, but I sense there's a way to just import it, ya? Thanks for sharing yourself so openly and in such a friendly way :)
Thank you! Excellent video. I'm going to look into this for my overall plan because my current dayplanner method is ... ok, I keep losing the planner since I'm not organized at all. hahaha. Thank you for explaining this and giving examples so I can see how to plug in my pod.

Glad it was helpful! I used to use physical planners religiously and make the spreads all pretty but for KZread and business things there are just too many moving parts for it to work well there for me. Thanks for watching Anna
