Because the small size that is shown on the cover photo is only $25. All other sizes are $35 dollars. And yes, that was intentional just to piss the haters off even more 😂

@@novavroomvroom3435 it’s in the middle of my busiest time of the year and I miss WAY too much work. If you can be anything, be kind" is a motto I like to keep in mind when dealing with people, particularly professionally as the behaviour in workspaces sometimes is needlessly confrontational and mean. The Internet allows the spite to be amped up even more, becase of the perceived pseudo-anonymity of the poster. I found great delight in how you leverage the "fabricated hate" for your videos into revenue that allows you to "Be Kind".

Perhaps I’m the really odd one out: in Europe, 70, not into cars. But binge watching geology professor Nick Zentner, on the northwest coast volcanism, so KZread/Google must have figured ‘Cascades’! So here’s this guy, going up to a lookout cabin, east of Mt. Hood - and somehow he towed me as well. Back and forth over Santiam Pass, over lava tubes, or into lava caves, onto a volcano lake, John Day, and meeting up with some guys my age (and even older vehicles) who got stuck in what happens to be the Crooked River caldera. And for cherries on these cakes: searching for traces of people living in, or traversing his ‘backyard’. So for me it’s ‘Casey LaDelle discoveries’ - and I’m patiently waiting for any upcoming tours.

I watched a lot of your videos before I subscribed. I don't subscribe to a channel without doing that. I've subscribed to channels in the past that after a while their true colours come out and I wind up unsubscribing. They use so much click bait to draw you in and lie to you and I absolutely hate that. I don't bother to comment to them I just kinda fade into the past. I find your videos very entertaining and I have to admit that you do make me laugh at times. You take the time to explain things which most don't. I worked in the automotive industry for just over 50 years. In the beginning I even drove a wrecker for about 5 years. The only real off road around here is to drive through a deep ditch (over 3 feet deep) and possibly make it up the other side. It's so flat that if it wasn't for the trees you could see 400 or 500 miles in any direction. I live in what is known as the Cold Country. I especially like the areas of the U.S. where you and others show the mountainous regions, the deserts and such. I've never seen any of that in my life. I know nothing about the off road recovery that you and others here on youtube do. It's different than anything I've ever been involved in. So yes, I do enjoy your channel and will continue to follow you and your channel in the future. One thing I will never do is to try to tell you your job. I'm not an armchair warrior. There are to many of them on here now. They don't need another one. For now, keep up the awesome work and remember...."Damn I hate Casey LaDelle." LMAO

It doesn’t matter what you do or say, there will always be people who disagree with you. I’ve never counted, but I suspect that around 25% of my comments on KZread videos receive negative comments. Now, I’m 81 and female, so perhaps some of the negative comments are because some of them come from people who think that old ladies don’t know anything. But they are wrong! We have lived and learned for a long time, through times when things were done more simply, when we had to know how to do and fix things ourselves. We had to learn how to be inventive and at 81, I’m still inventive! Happy New Year from Canada! 🇨🇦

(My opinion) color match black the utility bed off the silver hemi2500 and put on sneaker truck. Yes adds weight, yes takes away part of your bed use. But much better for gear access and can still tow a gooseneck.

Another consideration tires vs. tracks: Many states don't allow wheeled vehicles on groomed trails, regardless of tire size and pressure. The laws just don't allow it. As a former employee of a snow cat manufacturer, it pains me to admit that in most cases (NOT deep powder snow) , a huge low pressure tire is the better choice for all-terrain travel. Iceland figured this out. Yellowstone is coming around. Last time I was there in the winter, wheeled busses outnumbered tracked 2:1. I talked to a couple of drivers and they confirmed the increase in fuel mileage and decrease in maintenance switching to wheels. Plus, a simple wheel change and the same bus can be used in the summer months. Win-Win-Win.
