    Better. Never utilized past planners I purchased. My 2022 LSF planner has helped me set goals and keep them at the forefront of my daily routine. It’s crazy how much more successful I am this year. Financially, physically, spiritually, nutritionally. Stopping to “check in “ with myself, (as cliché as it sounds), is actually helping me mentally. Even on the harder days. Thank you so much Katie for teaching us the value of goal writing & planning. 💗💗💗

    This video was exactly what I needed to hear about syncing my cycle to my workouts, it just makes sense! February goals are going ok, not great but this motivated me to write out my weekly goals in the planner and start strong on week 2 of my cycle. Thank you Katie!

    I really appreciate you breaking down the "Why" as I'm kind of struggling with that. As far as goals, I've had 3 main goals that I've extended from Jan through Feb. I'm doing really well on two of them- my skin-care routine and my running goal, but the 3rd one I am just not even touching on- my nutrition goal of cooking more. I don't eat out-ever-but I hate cooking so I feel like I just snack a lot or have sandwiches. I'm going to sit down and strategize meals for March (and I just watched your easy breakfast meal prep video for some tips!)!

    Loved the breakdown of the cycle relating to exercise. I wrote notes on my callendar as relates to mine so i know when to do what. Thanks Katie! 😘 Why... heart health. I want to be there as my kids grow older. I know they are young still, but I want to be able to do stuff with them when they are older too! 🙂

    Last year I felt like I was really able to stick to all of my fitness goals (thanks to the LSF goals planner! 💕) This year I am using my planner to focus on my mental health too, primarily keeping a positive mindset.     Advice from a dentist: Kombucha is so great for your body but not at all for your teeth! It is so acidic and wears down your enamel, irritates the gums, and you are more susceptible to cavities. I remember you mentioned you having dental problems and it could be contributing. I still love my kombuchas but I try and drink them with a straw so it goes past my teeth and do not sip on it throughout the day, try to finish drinking it within 15-20 mins so it minimizes the time your teeth are exposed. And follow up with water! And wait at least 30 mins after eating or drinking to brush teeth! 🥰

    It makes me feel so much MORE accomplished to get up early and get it done also! This hasn’t always worked for me but it gives me time to hit my workout hard, stretch, foam roll, reflect on my goals and my day and week and prepare for the day ahead while everything is calm and quiet!! Thank you for another great video with honesty and openness!!!!!

    Hey from Wales in the UK! You've been such a support since finding out about hypothyroidism. Thank you. I'm week 19 of invisalign- it's good and you sound perfect ( I felt little self conscious but you can't notice). The results though! I have 9 weeks to go! 💕💕 x

    My goal for Feb was to implement my daily 10 every day for the entire month. Seems small but I felt I needed to build that habit first, so far I have hit every day and have added more workouts to some days too! 💕🥳

    I'm back to drinking kombucha after several months off, and I feel so much better. Gut health is so key. And that peach flavor sounds amazing. 😍 I always recommend the watermelon one for people who want to try kombucha for the first time. So good.

    I have hypothyroidism, and i feel the same. In the middle of the day is my best time of the day:) Unless in the morning and night I’m always in shifting mood, maybe in a second can change my mood:)

    I love how informative this video is! I can't get Kombucha where I live, can you recommend anything else in the UK?     The health food shops sell kombucha but I make my own water kefir which is really similar and simple too. I'm brewing some at the moment, blackberry and pineapple flavour. Check out water kefir on utube. Also people gift it so you may find someone at a smaller health food shop will know someone who can gift the grains. I'm in Derbyshire so I'd gift some if you were close enough 🌸🤗

    Thank you for addressing exercise as it pertains to your cycle. I feel this doesn’t get enough attention even though it’s so important.     I am on my weight loss journey (goal is to lose 63lbs) I wanna be able to play with my kids and run around on the playground with them…I started February 1st and I’ve felt like I’ve done really good!     Can u add this to next year's calendar ? Maybe in a circular chart? Day 1- 7 weights (testostrone) first 2 weeks increase weights and lots of protien 8-14 go faster hiit circits ( estrogen) 15- lighter weights Pms - cardio , lighter weights perhaps Miss Congeniality.

    How do you deal with the fatigue and tiredness with hypothyroid? I understand medications play a huge role and I am still trying to work with doctors on that. But in the mean time, can you share tips on that? What to do on those tires days or wanting to nap? Thank you!

    I totally get that for sure! Medication is definitely important like you said, but I noticed my diet playing an even bigger role. Certain foods help you feel more energized while others make you way fatigued. And moving my body even when I don't feel like it helps - Newtons law ya know?

    Hi I have a question?     my goal was lose 21 pounds, after 13 is no my goal anymore i want to exercise 4 to 5 days a week no matter what the scale said….. so if i lose 1 pound every 2 week im happy with that will just look at my pictures to see my progress
