    I have given up sugar and only eating unprocessed food. I have lost 22 pounds in 7 weeks. I still have 50 pounds to go.

    Habit #1: Move your body for at least 10 minutes a day (1:12) Habit #2: Start tracking your progress and goals (2:20) Habit #3: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (5:00) Habit #4: Focus on adding to your day/plate (5:58) Habit #5: Make your bed every morning and clean your workspace at the end of the day (7:01)

    Yes! I’m feeling so much more clarity since I’ve been moving my body more!! I have the Fitbit Versa lite. It’s cute and I love seeing my heart rate during workouts.

    Yes. I love the healthy habits.. I do many of them already except the most important - moving for 10 minutes each day.. The healthy habit I have added to my routine is trying to get to 7:30 a.m. mass each morning. It forces me to sit and think about what I want my day to be like and remind myself of all the good in my life...

    Great tips! I have actually added more minutes to my workouts!! Which also includes doing your “belly pooch” workouts. Let me tell you it’s no joke intense and I have been so sore these days😊.. Love those videos! Hope to see more new ones soon😉!! Also been LOVING your planner!!

    Thanks for all the tips! I would actually suggest wearing the Fitbit to bed, depending on which one you have. It can be very helpful as it analyzes sleep patterns. Very insightful! The depth of analysis differs depending on which Fitbit though, and I also think there may be additional analysis with the premium subscription but I do not personally have that sub so I cannot confirm.

    Food prep is the way forward Katie. Organising myself to have lots of options to build healthy meals that are quick to prepare and more importantly that I’ll enjoy eating . Oh and not engaging in “diet culture” it’s so damaging in so many ways!!!

    Love your 5 healthy habits Katie 💕I just wrote them down in my LSF planner!! I have a morning & routine that you inspired me to to create which is has been super helpful . I am struggling with a mid day routine…I try and add a walk or getting up every hour moving & stretching but it very hit or miss. Lol So when it aligns a work day / mid day routine would be amazing! 😘💕✌️

    I used to the 0-100. Then I finally got a personal trainer who helped me set my goals weekly. He said start with going to the gym for one day. Then he asked me to do it two days the next week. And he was checking in with me weekly to see how I do with that each time we bumped up the gym time. I finally am going 4/5 times a week without his help after a year later. I love it! I love how he jump started me to just go.

    I use my Fitbit to track my movements. I set my Fitbit to remind me to move my every hour. I also have chalk with my friends to achieved the most steps weekly

    Please do a healthy hair habits video 💕 my hair does not grow at all due to my thyroid medications. I try so hard to take care of it and take extra vitamins for it but it stays the same length and is very thin. Shampoos, treatments, vitamins, I would love to hear any of it 💕

    Thank youu! Great tips!! I don’t have much time to exercise but everyday I always spare 30 minutes for cardio or strength training. All this time I always thought that 30 minutes is really too little, but after you said that even 10 minutes will bring benefits, now I feel much better 😊 surely 30 minutes everyday is not bad, right?

    That's great Caroline! I was actually reading some health stuff about doing shorter exercise routines more times per week rather than long, heavy workouts a few times per week. I love the long workouts, but honestly they totally exhaust me and make me so sore that it's hard for me to keep up with them. Research shows you can actually drop more weight/get healthier by doing shorter workouts if (like Katie said) that works for you and you will actually make that a habit in your life : )

    Hey I was wondering if you could explain the calorie deficit to me! I’m trying to lose about 50, I know that to be I need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, and the calories for me to eat 1800 calories, but how much do I burn please help!!! Thank you have a great day😌

    I gave up artificial sugar and processed foods. but I still drink propel everyday because of the electrolytes. Does propel cause weight gain since it has artificial sugar? What can I drink in replacement to feel hydrated from electrolytes?

    Any artificial sugars are. not ideal and unless you are working out hours a day you likely do not need to be drinking extra electrolytes since we get then from our foods normally.

    I got a Fitbit several years ago. It's a good little gadget, but the bands were godawful. They must have replaced my band a dozen times, and sure enough, pretty much every 3 mos, the band would break again. I hope the new version has this problem resolved. I don't abuse my things, and that was super annoying.
