How I Healed From DECADES Of Trauma & PTSD (THE TRUTH)

Curious about energy healing for trauma recovery? In this video, I share my experience trying every technique to heal from cPTSD, PTSD and anxiety. This is a must-watch for anyone struggling with mental health issues like CPTSD.
The video discusses the importance of having a foundation of safety before delving into emotional healing and self-reflection.
He talks about teaching other providers how to incorporate these healing techniques into their practice.
Craig emphasizes the significance of addressing the first kosha (serotonin layer) in the healing process for profound results.

This is so spot on! I've had numerous therapists teach me things like DBT or CBT, but those techniques gave me limited benefit. I liken it to teaching someone about carpentry tools before teaching them how to analyze and understand different types of wood they might work with. If you can't tell the difference between plywood and oak, having multiple tools in your toolbox won't matter much.

This is all new to me. I feel confused lol. All I know is I've been bed ridden for a long time. My knees have given out, and I really have suffered with depression, CPTSD (which is not in the American DSM and should be) and it's taken me all this time to understand just how ADHD I am and ASD. I'm way too sensitive, and it's been taken out on myself with attempts on my life since I was a kid. I think the last one straightened me out because I ended up in a coma. Worst of all, I've scared and upset the few people that love me. I've seen some pretty horrible things in this life and it's tough to see the really good things when the bad has been really bad. I feel upset and worried for every sad kid I see or meet or animal that's not being cared for properly, and I know just how prevalent that really is. The world is just an upsetting place for someone like me who's had their eyes open. Seeing images out of a place like Gaza kills me inside. I almost feel guilty for having a warm bed and food. It keeps me from ever complaining about anything ever. I don't know how people can walk around smiling and be ok while there's God awful suffering in the world. To some degree I wish I was like them. Can you fix that?? I'm just a crazy person that stumbled onto your video....I'm venting. It's tough for me to verbalize, but I can write pages. My thoughts aren't organized enough to actually speak the words. -I'm very happy you've healed from your accident. Sounds like you were very lucky.

You must understand that you are an empath. Without boundaries you will flail. You have to let others take care of world situations that you have no control over and try to find something close to you that you can control. Being an empath in this world is extremely exhausting if you don’t set boundaries. Self-care is very important to you, and watch videos that will help you to journal and create a plan on a regular basis to care for your self first. Put your oxygen mast on first and you can help others after. Don’t be a martyr. God bless.

i’m rather young and have not attempted any of the techniques you mentioned here, but I feel very connected to what you’re saying here. In my trauma recovery I actually would argue I have experienced glimpses (and at times more than glimpses) of everything beyond that 1st Kosha but only this year did I realize it was pointless, because i did not feel safe in my body or safe enough to express/pursue/engage the world. no matter what i saw, processed, or experienced, no matter how divine, i couldn’t even open up to the humans around me about it. i feel as though when you can connect to such energies, messages come through and those really need to be shared. i’m rather sensitive and spiritually inclined so i talk to my body and it shows me visions-felt out my root chakra was severely imbalanced. no connection to safety whatsoever! just had to share cause it’s crazy i feel as though i know exactly what you’re talking about but it wasn’t articulated to me until this point. our bodies are really the keys to everything. so intelligent and so much to learn if we can find ways to connect and LISTEN. imma keep doing my lil yoga LOL. maybe that kosha will snap into place if it hasn’t already.

Yes, she probably was able to discern where you had resource in your energetic and physical body as was able to mirror that to you and help your disperse that "frequency of safety" throughout your body/mind. She's not necessarily "healed" in that area (nor am I) but we grow in our ability to perceive and mirror this. As for doing this online, by some strange "quantum" effect we can use our focus to influence energy and awareness from across the planet. Serious spooky action at a distance.

Hi! I'm glad to have discovered your channel. I have 2 questions relating to this model of 5 koshas. 1) I've heard about the model of 7 koshas - are you maybe familiar with it and what the difference is? 2) Are you perhaps familiar with the experience of third eye and the awareness which seems to open up 'on the other side' of the third eye, a more broad, objective awareness? Because I've had such an experience (after LSD) and I think it might have to do with a discovery of one of the higher koshas - but I'm afraid there might be a sort of a split in awareness in my case: is it possible, to, so to speak, get partly stuck in one kosha and mostly staying aware in the other one, more, say, passive and impersonal? - I have only a vague idea about these things but my mind sometimes behaves in weird ways; I do SSRIs and ADHD meds (atomoxetine) to stay functional but without that - I sometimes experience as if there's another mind thinking thoughts somewhere in the periphery of my attention, and I'm not aware what it's thinking about. Have you ever had experience with that sort of stuff? Thanks in advance for a reply

  • @Craig_Walker_

    29 күн бұрын

Yes, the safety is the side-effect of the first kosha becoming active throughout your ENTIRE nervous system, including the areas that are fragmented or "lost" as blind spots in a traumatized body--therein lies the trick. The exact way you're asking: 1) do all the things you can do for yourself by yourself ie. rest/sleep/meditate/yawn, diet--healthy, exercise/yoga/movement aerobic/anaerobic, safe inspiring fun caring loving relationships; (2) find someone who is trained AND practiced in co-regulating two autonomic nervous systems together. Feel free to zip me an email is you'd like, tribeofempaths@gmail.com. That's a big question you ask, I'm just able to give you the chapter titles here.
