You touch on it during the fashion section but, it cannot be understated how important having rich, fulfilling female friendships are in regards to you cultivating your best self. You'll learn a lot that you may not always get from your male friends.

This is so true. My life changed for the better when i started getting close with my female friends. I learned a lot, especially when i started seeing certain things from a female point of view. It improved my relationship with my girlfriend plus, she thinks its a green flag that i have close relationships with the women in my life. I call that a win! However, boudaries are very, Very important with platonic girlfirends, especially when you're in a romantic relationship with another woman.

You should only have female friends if you're mature enough to know what you are doing. In middle school or early highschool I think it's easier bc life for both parties is generally simpler and there's less pressure to "be a man". But too many guys in their 20s waste months or even years in the friendzone and/or dealing with unnecessary drama in her life. Some women truly want a friend, but many others just want a guy to fulfill a boyfriend role without actually having a relationship. You have to value your own time a lot first or else the woman will find a way to waste it.

Man, I’ve been watching channels like this on and off for the better part of a decade and this one is by far the best. It’s actual advice-not just course-pushing emptiness- it’s actionable, it’s realistic but it’s upbeat and positive. It’s not “hope porn,” it’s actually empowering stuff. Keep it up!

Thanks for sharing this! So interesting that you published this today. I've just started this process on myself about 4 weeks ago, and focusing on some of these with the idea that each little thing I do will add like 1-10% increase in how I look and seem overall, from things like getting better haircuts that suit me, to being consistent in using my electric toothbrush+flossing+flouride mouthwash to brighten my smile, to keeping my fingernails/toenails neat, to working out 3-4 times a week, to using my smartwatch to track my steps/calories/sleep to make sure I'm on track to lose fat and keep my cortisol/health well balanced. This video helped me to feel a bit validated in the process and gave me a few ideas to add onto what I'm doing! :)

Start running. I know a lot of gym bros are allergic to cardio and think it will ‘destroy my gains’ (unless you are training for a marathon it absolutely won’t by the way) but if you run 3 times a week and burn 500 cals per run, in one month that’s 6000 cals you wouldn’t have otherwise lost. It adds up and kickstarts your metabolism. Worked for me.

Eat a bit more. Zig zag diet. Your human body is amazing in a survival situation. Since you have eaten like this for a while, this extreme caloric deficit may have been adapted to your body and so your metabolism slowed down. Intake more protein so your body wants to build muscle and for 3 days of the week randomly intake make it 1600 to 1800 to stimulate your metabolism and not have your body plateau in your weight loss. Def increase your protein for muscle and do more workouts as opposed to cardio. If you are working out, increase your protein. Aim for 1.5 to 1.7 grams per kilogram of body weight. So for you may aim for 102 to 115 grams of protein. If you workout intensely and don’t supply your body in protein, it will consume itself.

I highly doubt his 1,300 calorie diet is giving him enough fat and carbs for his heart to push for more running. Also that excess running and lack of protein could result in his body cannibalizing in his own protein in muscles which is why rapid weight loss also features muscle loss.
