Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

hey guys in this video I have Brad Arbic help me out with my deadlift. after watching my deadlift form he gives me some minor deadlifting tips that were actually HUGE game changers. I ended up deadlifting 700lbs in this video which I was happy with. After my upcoming comp I will start attacking my deadlift game to increase my conventional deadlift strength and really work on programming for the deadlift. So if you are wondering how I fixed my deadlift this video covers it all! Enjoy!

    Amazing tips and thorough explanations Coach Joe and Brad!! Awesome collab!! The tip regarding burning out before reaching your projected weight has been my problem. Tested out Brad’s tip about jumping up with singles was a game changer!! Also, strapping in at a knee helped my setup greatly. Pulled a easy 500 lbs with these cues and tips. • @BradArbic

    @BradArbic

    3 жыл бұрын

    Saul, it could but you'd have to have a reason to do it. An axel bar is just a thicker bar. It's biggest effect would be on grip (presuming you arent using straps). If you use straps then there isn't much real training effect from the axel bar. Does that make sense?
