I wanted to make this video to provide an insight into how I fix problems with my car. Many people tell me that it must be easy for me to daily drive an old car, because I seem to know everything about every car, and that if I ever have any mechanical issue - it's easy for me to fix it. But as you can tell from the video, I don't know everything. Personally, I think I know very little about cars and mechanics in general. Most of the time, as every other car guy/girl, I just apply basic logic, deductive/inductive reasoning, and search for information on the internet. And if that doesn't work, I just experiment and learn from my mistakes. This approach can be tedious and painful, but more often than not it allows me to understand why something is designed and built the way it is.
