In this video I go down memory lane and talk about how I actually scaled up my agency to $10,000/per month in retainers in the space of 30 days.
This was really when things took a turn for me and my agency life really went into full effect. Hopefully you take something from this video!

Hey! If you’re new to the channel, my name is Iman Gadzhi.
I’m the proud owner of a highly coveted advertising agency called IAG Media that has worked with clients such as Oura Ring, Kevin Rose, AJ&Smart, FuroSystems & many, many more.
I run the leading education company for agency owners - GrowYourAgency. We have thousands of students, with dozens making 6-figures, multi-6 figures & now even 7-figures a year PROFIT. I take a large chunk of my yearly profits & use that to build schools in Nepal. As of writing this, over 700+ get to wake up and go to schools that GrowYourAgency fully funded.
I also run a physical e-commerce clothing line - Gadzhi. Everything is bespoke and made in house. It’ the only range of clothes out there that represents the animalistic Entrepreneurial spirit while quite frankly… not looking cringe or being just another print on demand shopify store.

you know he’s winning when the midrolls are his own adverts on his videos
Wow Iman thank you for being so honest, I love these types of videos of pure honesty instead of showing such fast success when really there's the nitty gritty work. Thank you for showing the reality because I had expectations so I'm glad I'm not gonna beat myself up about not achieving anything - it's all in patience, and persistence. You the best!
Wow I needed this, thanks for posting this at just the right time
thank you Iman, loved the simplicity and power of the msg

Thanks for this Iman, it's cool seeing the rapid success of some people but this is more relateable for sure. Appreciate the honesty!
Great stuff Iman! Fantastic value
So much wisdom and truth from a young man. 🥰 Iman your mum must be one proudest mum in the whole world ❤️ “when it rains it pours” in a positive way. 😘
Hey Iman planning to buy your training. I really admire you. I even tell my son your story. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. God bless. Will be in London maybe October 2020. Hope to meet you. I use to be in London before I live in the States.
That’s super interesting and trasparent this video, love this format, more personal 🚀🙌🏻
Also thank you for the video man. Expectations was a big one for me. Still kinda messes with me. I have higg standards for myself and already envisioned at what age and time to accomplish my goals and when I don't reach it it really drags me down and screws my productivity a lot. There's also other personal reasons for my expectations but this is something I'm gradually learning to let go of. These past couple of days have been excellent for me. I worked harder and longer than most other days I did and just felt this zest to just get up and work. Whereas I would always battle against procrastination and a bit of fear.. but it's cause these past couple of days I let go of expectations. Hopefully this helps someone out who troubles with expectations. I'm going to try to slowly overcome my expectations. What Iman is saying is true guys... don't get caught up in expectations or yoir own expectations. Because it can really drag you down and makes you almost wanna quit. Keep grinding guys ✊

Oscar Perez bRo you need to read atomic habits it’s says you should take 100% responsibility with EVERYTHING, that means you’re situation right now, that’s your fault because you failed to work earlier, point is you should take responsibility and also remind yourself to let go of the past and stay present by asking what can I do now to improve my situation also stop surpressing your negative emotions under stand it n let it out
thanks for the video Iman
This one solved my problem! Wow ❤

Thank you 🙏🏽
I would like to see what kind of rules and expectations you would have to set with clients
Everytime I click on a different video of this man I see his subscribers blowing up
OMG Iman 😭😭😭 that was the LTV video in 2017 😭 I literally have the notes about that video that I made when you had uploaded it for like a week 😭 it feels like yesterday
Makes sense where you’re at now, you put in that work in 2017.
Already Manifested that I will make 10k/pm already 😊
Hey Iman , i have a question and it's how can you manage all those clients ?
thank you!
mindblowing
Can you serve clients from the USA, for example, if you're from another country and your mothertongue is different?
I have not received the bonus as promised. How long does it take ? Btw free training was amazing
2:00 Could of sworn I seen that in a garyvee video nice 😂✊🏾
Iman, maybe you will make a video soon but in this video you said you drop a client i was wondering how do you Drop a client in a respectable way as an SMMA owner
Also, were you delivering results yourself at this point?
Hey Iman, did you already solve the problem with Facebook?
thank you
Iman, more blessings to you bro, thanks for always keeping it real and sharing the type of value that literally changes peoples lives. I'm super grateful to you. 🙏 Napoleon Hill once said, "There are two types of people who will never see success in their lives; those who don't do as they are told, and those who do nothing else." So don't be afraid to venture out and be creative in finding new angles that you can use to provide unique value to the market and attain the success that comes with helping a shit ton of people in your own special way. If you wish to see further you must stand on the shoulders of giants!

Hey Iman Gadzhi did you finish up high school after you got rich?
Any book about public and private victories?
Great vid as usual man. What’s your opinions on SMMA going forward with European lockdown looking imminent and the economy making a turn the way it has.
Loom just cut their price in half and removed the free plan limitations due to the coronavirus - Instead of $10 it's not $5 /month 😉

Hey Iman I am not getting any clients. I send a personalized audit with an email. Do you have any tips? Should I just send more emails?

Andh Bhakt Hey I would recommend starting a LinkedIn account and genuinely connecting with clients and what I mean is not just sending out personalised audits at the jump, I mean research a little about them and adding it to the body of the first message so that they can trust you a little more and increase the chances of getting a response/client. Trust me it’s worked for me it can also work for you, don’t sound too much like a salesperson. Build trust first then sell then your service, stay strong.

Who is looking for an accountability partner?
Why not hire people into you’re business?would you hire me?🤔
I don’t have a computer just a school one 🤦🏼♂️
Hi iman you replied to me saying one should charge around $500-900 for SM management. You mean to charge 500-900 per social account as in per social media page. So If I work on 1 client on two of their accounts (fb and IG) I should charge anywhere from 500-900 PER account. So if 800 per account.. then the total i should charge the client is $1600 for building up both of their accounts. Is that what you meant? Also I remember seeing a video from you saying you charged clients around 1k-3k for SM management at the start. I'm also starting my agency and am staring with these services first
🤩🤩
Can you close clients while on an online meeting?
