The interview is in English, however, they will test you with some A1 Level German.

Hi David, I would like to ask, please. Is this process the same thing for those who are studying on scholarship? E.g. DAAD Scholarship which also allows for bringing in your wife/husband and/or kids while they also pay them a stipend as well. I know emphasized financial proof but in this case, where the DAAD German Scholarship is sponsoring the student and the family member (wife) is this whole process the same? I don't know if you have any information with regard to that, please?

It means, you share the kitchen and the toilet with someone but you have your own living space or bedroom which should be at least 24sqm. You should also have a contract from the landlord direct.

The 90days contract is it during holidays or doing regular school period? So does it means I will not be able to work again because would have exceeded the working hours as a student

@@brownayodele7191 if the application fall within the holiday period then, its all good. I did the 90 days from December to February. I don't know if all are considered to be the Christmas holidays because I continued to work a part time job with no problems. The best time to start the 90 days contract is when you book the interview. If not, go with part time job plus blocked account like I said.

Yes, so far as you have a residence permit, sufficient housing and enough finance to support both of you, that is enough to bring your Partner to Germany.

Id child is underage 18 years then she have to do any level of german lengaugae test for joining family reunion visa

I would say yes even though it is not explicitly stated they can study in the university. We have considered my wife enroll in nursing school which is possible, so I guess it's possible in the university.

The only requirements that matter is if you can proof financially that you can support your family and you have sufficient accommodation.

You can contact some of the language schools in your country. Which country are you from? I'm sure you can find a German language course at some of the language schools in your country.

If your documents are in English, you don't have to, but any other language aside German and English, normally you have to translate.

I can't really tell if they factor results into the visa application, but i know they will ask for the transcript maybe to check for fraud or if the German schools are taking people who actually qualify.

I can't tell exactly how much you Partner needs, however, it depends on the rent and all other expenses. After deducting that, your Partner should have a "reasonable" amount to cater for your needs. Only the foreigners office can tell.
