A 5 month old child is considered a dependent so its only natural that the baby comes with you. But I am not an immigration lawyer. I suggest you speak to one for more specific information. Goodluck.

If you have proof of funds that you can take care of you and your kid, then yes. More specific information, you will have to speak with an immigration lawyer.

I had a very bad experience with neighbors from India who were computer engineering students. They seemed so nice in the beginning when it was only two of them that moved into a junior one bedroom. A few months passed by and now there were 5 people living in that small place. They would make all sorts of noise in the middle of the night without consideration for people that needed to wake up early. They were not very clean either. I had a bad fly problem because of it. Once they moved the fly problem went away. Please be careful. It was a terrible experience. But the most concerning and disturbing part was that I suspect they where hacking my WIFI and invading my privacy. It was a very difficult experience especially since I don't base my opinion on race but on actions and behavior.

Before you come here, try to learn german language please! We apriciate it a lot.
