For clarification it has no limit. The only thing is that once you are above 40, you miss 2 points. You can still qualify if you hold a degree with years of experience in the shortage occupation. Your chances also increase if you have a spouse that is applying along with you

Let there be a difference between " Free" and government sponsorship. It means that one has to be in the government line of sponsorship. Why do i say that? In my country, you would say the same for university but there are conditions to be met. For example kids have to score highly to qualify for government sponsorship.
