I don't know if you already know this but if you didn't, you can seperately select a type of division in an army by clicking the division's icon located on the army interface right next to the general's icon and mean army organisation and strength. That way you don't have to double click a division on a list to select all particilar division. I don't know if this also work on naval squadrons

Getting cores on all of the territories get you all of manpower,industrial and resources of that area?

yes. core means you get all manpower, factories, and resources, 100% of them. That is why roman empire is so broken.

Yeah there is so much rng in this strat. you gotta get lucky. Either belgium and spain don't lend lease making the strat much longer, or the English fleet is in the North Sea and you cant kick off your naval invasion

The naval invasion shouldn't be completely blocked. But yes, the land-lease is RNG. The first invasion wave should always fire if done correctly. Only the second wave and any after that can and sometimes will get blocked, but that doesn't matter, since you can just manually send reinforcements once you have a port.
