How Hersha Patel went from bed-bound to symptom free - Her recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

This week on the Podcast - Hersha Patel 🙌🏼
In a previous life, Hersha was a workaholic, always striving to be the best at what she did, always pushing for more even if it was to the detriment of her own well-being. It was this lifestyle that led her to the point of burn out, mentally but also physically when she began developing chronic fatigue symptoms.
These symptoms meant that she could leave her bed, let alone her house as she couldn’t physically do so. This went on for 2 years until she decided she couldn’t carry on like this, she took control over her life and her recovery. She addressed her lifestyle and stress levels but then also went on a spiritual journey that ultimately helped her to completely recover.
She has since gone on to pursue a career that fulfils her and as a result is a successful presenter, filmmaker and KZreadr with over 200,000 subscribers (I have 28 😀)
If you want to connect with her, her handle on IG and KZread are @hershapatel

The body's reaction to stressors are ALWAYS the cause of these chronic conditions. Anything from toxins, flus, trauma, medication, mold and everything in between are the TRIGGER. What keeps us trapped in it, is the loop of stress and anxiety about the symptoms and not coping with all the surrounding stress. Once you can achieve homeostasis from dealing with stress, it will gradually dissipate. Nearly 100% of recovered from these things realized the role of stress as the what kept them stuck.

I was the same... not having the tools to deal with stress...and trauma. I also had an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. I pushed myself for years to be "better", stronger, fitter, thinner... It all came crashing down around me last year.

It is hard to find info about the Lightning Process! Phil, do you know more about it ? Is it similar to Gupta / ANS Rewire?

It is more like DNRS. But the bottom line is the same in all of them.... how your brain deals with stress.

From what I know, it tends to be more for people with CFS but I could be wrong...

Body can quickly heals ,when you connect to heart centre with unconditional love compassion and acceptance. Instead of fighting disease or chasing healing symptoms simply accept them acknowledge them with unconditional love. That's all it needed. No need of 1000 types of therapies and remedies
