What are these Kilometers and Kilometers Per Hour in Vicki's voiceover? Even the milkfloat guys used Miles Per Hour

They said 44 _miles per hour_ .
Milk Floats are electric because vibrations from an internal combustion engine would churn the milk.

@Lacey Cook It might make sense now, but 50 or 60 years ago things different. You have to take into account infrastructure and economics.
We can have our milk delivered faster now thanks for this
20 grand! Just shows how far EV tech has come along, I'm guessing you could probably do a full tesla drivetrain swap for the same amount these days. You'd go quicker than 44mph too lol

Yep, it's all gone to absolute shit nowadays.
Mmmmm Gold Top, I remember when I was allowed to drink it!!! Cold on cornflakes best.
How long ago was this? Todays batteries such as Tesla cells and motor would be more than capable of beating that speed.

I'd like to see Jeff Lutz face when he'd see that at his shop when he probably started with a pile of crap.
Is this the best 5th Gear can come up with?

Bear in mind this was made 10-15 years ago, when EVs weren't so common.
why don't they took a battery (and chassis) from already existing EV like tesla etc, take the body off and swap the floating milk body onto it? minimal effort, proven faster, safer, easier, and of course, longer range
Tesla swap milk float.
My idea would be to have a milk float and a electric Tesla motor with batteries Jesus that would be stupid fast ......😂 i want is if someone makes my idear....©️™️
