It's really unfortunate that certain people really don't want Americans to learn anything other than a carefully curated history, which is exactly what is done in North Korea. In reality, it's a grad school law course that analyzes the legal system when it comes to disparities in the justice system.

@@phanatic215 I'm definitely aware that CRT gets conflated with a lot of other things, though, I want to make a clear distinction between actual CRT and conflation of the subject. What interests me is that I've read and heard stories of it being taught in schools in the US, I know that it is being pushed by the government and has seeped into many institutions, although what worries me is that it is being taught to children by a subjective ideologue. I'm aware that Florida and Georgia have banned it being taught. I wanted to know if an American here has personally come into contact with it within their local school district.

That is true about Michelob. It was originally marketed as a normal average cost beer, and the sales were terrible. Then Budweiser marketing decided to reinvent the beer as a “Higher End” beer and increased the price. Amazingly, the sales improved. The same beer that wouldn’t sell as a discount beer now was selling well as a higher cost beer. Go figure.

It was about a race of people called Elon who guided humanity to Mars. It appears that the powers that be create the future by prophetically fulfilling it at a later date.

You never fully realize how inaccurate the media is until they do a story about you. Anthony has first hand experience with that phenomenon.

Politics nowadays is such an exhausting thing to follow. Only filled with phoniness, bias, double standards, and sanctimonious people. I dont know how many people I know that as of a few years ago became such politics obsessed out of nowhere because it is now such a sports team rivalry based system.

I hate when Anthony has a train of thought and then somebody says something changing the direction of the conversation and now it goes in a completely different way and he never comes back to that thought

So cool to see ari and ant together. Much respect to ari for having the balls to work with an old friend. Journalism is dead, that attitude/dream of really getting out there and turning rocks over. Too dangerous and too much work to corroborate sources. All press are paparazzi now. It's such a self destructive mentality too, because god forbid this country has another civil war, it will be another wound that lasts 150 years. Maybe even worse, the Civil War ended miraculously. The fact that we more or less moved on and existed as a country is amazing to me. Most people have no respect for that war and what it did to us as a people. The death toll was staggering. More people died than WW2, Korea, WW1. Cataclysmic. Yet the press just eggs the division on. There is no money to be made when everything is death.

The guys who write the headlines are called “Sub-Editors”. Sounds like quite a fancy job, but really isn’t.
