You can close the addons with your estimate. Someone wants just a house wash, but mention you'll put pricing for roof and driveway on there.. put your normal highest cost on the addons, and write in a discount percentage. So price the driveway add on service at like 40 cents per sq/ft and put a "bundle discount" down to 20 cents per sq/ft. They will see this as half off the driveway and likely say they want it. This is sales 101 but many guys in the industry don't understand this sort of selling technique.

@@kingofpressurewash I was just asked to beat a written estimate for .10 on a concrete clean. I CAN but only because it's 2 miles from my office. Nobody can beat my prices without it cutting the profit margin to the bone. I'm going to pass on the job though because I value my efforts, and despise those who don't.

I need to know more about banking and accounting, I don't trust banks and online banking. My personal bank account has been hacked twice and I lost alot of money. So how do you do your business banking with all that money you have made? Banking and accounting that's my big issue.

Last job would have been $2,400. No way anyone is getting that price for that job. 150 power wash companies within 45 miles. Price was $549.

Thanks for all the info Jason I'm going for it next year in Southern Colorado and Colorado Springs is not far maybe 30 minutes away with no traffic so I know I have to market like crazy plus I took in your mindset the customer ain't pay my price they not for me👊🏿
