I’m talking about the square footage of the actual home. You can Google the address and look at a real estate listing for the home and you can see the square footage. That’s what everyone in industry uses. Yeah if it takes you an hour, $600 is too much money. I would evaluate what you need to make per hour in order to be profitable and charge that.

Im just curious because for your knowledge, experience, and 5+ years in business, I would expect much more than 250k revenue. I mean you also bought out another company in your area. I am 2 years into my pressure washing business, and I’m set to do $300k top line this year. Not trying to speak bad, you’ve done really amazing for yourself and it’s really impressive. I’m a 1-2 man crew and being a 1-2 man crew doing that revenue is actually pretty damn good. I could scale past that and hire but right now it’s not of interest as I’m focusing on building the channel. People always ask me, “Austin how come you don’t have multiple trucks”…. Who says I have to?? I run a pretty lean and profitable ship as it sits. This year will probably do close to $300 or more as a 1-2 man business.
